La chambre était prête et nous laissait nous voir à l'avenir, mais nous avions dit d'attendre 5 minutes. Elle était si gentille et ma fille était très heureuse et elle l'a fait jour. Tous les membres du personnel étaient si aimables mais Mandela a fait le voyage beaucoup plus spécial. Le petit déjeuner était adorable. Très de choix. Chambres très propres et grand con air. L'hôtel est magnifique, littéralement sur la porte du parc commercial et près d'un cinéma et du lac, où vous pourrez vous promener. Nous avons également fait un voyage à Yorkshire, un parc de sauvage incroyable et à 15 minutes de route, un séjour fantastique et nous allons certainement réserver à nouveau bientôt."

"Le lit est très confortable et propose beaucoup de thé et de café gratuits. Seul le côté de la douche n'avait pas de pression mais il est venu avec une baignoire, donc peut-être une meilleure option."
