Just back from a 1 night stay at this hotel and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful both on reception and in The Brewers fayre. It was a very comfortable stay and a very clean room. I enjoyed my evening meal and also could not fault the breakfast.

Nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. Restaurant food ok. Plenty of tea and coffee available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Vending machines in reception useful. Lift available if you have a lot of luggage or use a pram or wheelchair. Massive car park. The hotel is situated on a retail park with restaurants and supermarkets in case you forget anything or decide to dine away from the pub. Also a cinema next to the hotel.

Came as a rugby tour around 100 of us, really comfy rooms, had a good rest after a day if travelling from wirral to Doncaster. Quick pit stop overnight then onto play more rugby in Doncaster. We found the cheek in very quick and easy, eventhough we were part of a group booking, and there was lots of families checking in at once. The room keys were already in envelopes.

Lovely stay at this Premier Inn. The ladies on reception were absolutely fantastic. Even my young children commented on how lovely they were. They spoke to the children as soon as we walked in which was so lovely. Room was spotless and breakfast the next morning was very nice.

Excellent service from the lovely lady on reception - Went above and beyond with their service. Warm welcome, efficient check in, and very helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again! Satisfied with the cleanliness standards of the room.

Vanda was outstanding, there was an issue with my room, she sorted it out no questions asked. Made me feel extremely comfortable, and went the extra mile, as it was late she herself checked the new room for me, and sorted me out some complementaries. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Excellent service from Sam from start to finish. We went to Doncaster races for the day and on return Sam had left a bottle of Prosecco and a wedding anniversary card in mine & my sister room. Staff could not do enough for you. Very help and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when in Doncaster. Thank you Sam you were brilliant

stay here quite often,always a good nights sleep and very friendly staff ,within walking distance of doncaster dome andnear enough to main attractions in doncaster via a not to expensive taxi ride. and close to some nice eating places and a good cinema
