Everything was standard, rooms were cleaned and the room services are very friendly..

Very clean I was especially shocked that they except pets could not tell at all no smell at all. The pool was nice and the place was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend

Excellent Front Desk Team Clean rooms Very easy access to food, shops and other activities I recommend this hotel for a day... or an extended stay! Basic needs are already in the room Other amenities were available - grill, pool, basketball court with great housekeeping staff who maintained the area very well

Stopped enroute to Florida. Exceeded my expectations. Room was actually a studio apar**ent - clean and pleasant. Well equipped kitchenette. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast ends at 9 so if you snooze you lose. Veterans discount.

I have to share the extraordinary customer care I received on this stay. Sheriuka and there were others who's names I did not get, were so kind, attentive, thoughtful and did everything they could to make sure I had everything I needed as quickly as possible. From a room change, to fresh bedding, towels and a clean, great smelling room at the end of looooong work day - They did and anticipated all my needs! I will stay there for pleasure whenever I am going through the wonderful city of Dothan! Thank you Residence Inn Dothan Team, y'all are wonderful!!

We were traveling from Nashville to SWFL after a long Thanksgiving - we stopped halfway in Dothan - AL . We were traveling with leftovers so we wanted the full refrigerator- there was a pullout bed for our son and he asked for a blanket - I went out in the hall , as late as it was Nakisha was still cleaning a room - I asked her where to find an extra blanket - she told me the front desk - then came and got me at the elevator she had found one in a closet - she wanted to make the bed came in with everything- With me telling her no - she wouldn’t hear of it - she came in set everything up and I knew she was late on a holiday - I have never had service like that . I went to grab cash to tip and my son or I had no cash - she said “ that is my job , to make sure you and your family have all that you need to be happy , I don’t need anything else “ to know she needed to get home to her family but took all that time to serve my son ! Every staff member was amazing but Nakisha was next level ! I now know where we will always stay on our drive through !

We stay at Marriotts for their quality and standards. The hot breakfast was wonderful; Staff friendly. Property clean. Off day though because no coffee for us in kitchen or hand soap by either sink in the $180 suite. Plus barking dogs for neighbors on first floor. O well - maybe they’ll do better in the future.

Run! There are much better places for $200/night. This place needs a major rehab & cleaning. We are shocked reviews are giving 4-5 circles. This place is old & dingy. Don't let the granite & stainless steel appliances fool you, they put lipstick on a pig. The microwave had splatter food inside, the painted doors of the bathroom was filthy, counter & nightstands were not wiped down & sticky and the tv was super dusty (& wasn't working in the master bedroom). The ceiling of the shower had significant water damage from the shower above. And did I mention the toilet innards needs to be replaced? Yep, the toilet ran every 30" and was loud! We found the previous occupants earrings on the nightstand & a roll of tape in the sofa bed when we pulled it out which makes me think housekeeping dies the absolute bare minimum. Only thing this place had going for it was the sheets were at least clean. Had we had an option of a plan B, we would have checked out!
