Nice place to stay if you pass by the city

Great stay. The room was clean and quiet. The room did get warm, but there was a fan. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me make touristy plans, buy tram and hop on/off bus tickets. They provided a detailed map to make sure I was able to get to town and back home on the tram :) The staff in the bar was great. The morning we left, the front desk helped us review our train reservations to make sure we made our train connections.

In one sentence, I regret I didn’t read the earlier review written last August, this would prevent me face more or less the same problems: - old stylish room in the villa where we stayed - air conditioning noisy and not set to warm/cold mode or allowing automatic fan - water flow from shower to toilet. We stepped into swimming pools gathered in toilet during the night - curtains not maintained. Can’t close or open smoothly - no desk bulb - dimmer of the main room bulb malfunction - not enough lightening on the way from lobby to villa - no bar open during the evening When all the above was presented to receptionist all they said is we are sorry. This instead of calling duty manager to see how to sort out the situation Only good thing was breakfast

We spent one night in the hotel (luckily). This was our second stay, but 4 months ago we had a much better room and we found the service, which, despite numerous shortcomings, tried to help us and solve problems). We needlessly gave the hotel a second chance. Theoretically superior room (stuio superior). Kitchenette floor dirty and worn, scratched furniture, no slippers, no drinking water, no iron, no hair balm, ... etc. A room on the ground floor (supposed to be a balcony) overlooking a neglected fence. door to the terrace opposite the bed (no privacy). The double bed is located next to the wall, which prevents easy access. It is dark both in the room and in the corridor. Pillows so flat (3 cm?) That they do not fulfill their role. No extra pillows. The desk clerk brought some pillows but stated that he would not bring slippers or other missing items because at 8pm (in a 4 star large hotel) there is no cleaning service. check in chaotic, not prepared, attempts were made to charge us for breakfast even though it was prepaid. The hotel arrogantly disregards all remarks. Of course, I could force a room change, but I was after a long journey and the next morning I had to leave early because I had to continue my journey. A self-respecting hotel does not offer such rooms to its guests. Of course, I did not live to see the slippers, etc., or even heard I'm sorry. There are many hotels in Dresden. It's worth choosing better

I was for three nights in this hotel. During this staying they did not changed towels. Rooms cleaning very bad. It is dirty. I checked into the hotel later than the reservation was made. I had a force majeure event. The hotel made me pay even for the days that I and my colleagues did not stay

We stayed at the Radisson Blue in Dresden for two nights to attend a medical conference. This hotel is located in a residential area across the river from the "Alte Stadt". The outside is unimpressive but pleasant and looks somewhat like a 1950s post war military compound. However, once inside, the reception, bar and restaurant areas are bright with modern appointments. After checking in we were given a very large key to our room. I really liked this big heavy key. There was no way I could forget that I had it in my pocket. However, we followed the hotel recommendation and left it with reception when we went out to explore the old city. All of the hotel staff that we encountered were friendly, accommodating, knowledgable and English speaking. We stayed in a renovated suite that was quiet, clean and comfortable. There was enough storage and closet space to accommodate visitors who travel with steamer trunks filled with clothes. The bathroom contained a toilet, sink, tub with shower as well as, a separate shower area. Our suite also contained a sitting/working area with TV, desk, chair and sofa. The sitting area could be isolated from the sleeping area by closing two doors. I like to stay up a bit later than my partner so she could sleep while I watched the late nightly news. The sleeping area contained a king size bed, TV and additional closet space. The sleeping area also contained a small bathroom with toilet and sink. A very nice touch for those of us who must make a nightly visit to the bathroom. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, there is a tram stop nearby with a 20 minute ride to the tourist attractions. Tram tickets can be purchased at the Hotel's reception desk. Highly Recommend.

Schlechtester Receptionsservice den ich bisher erlebt habe. Der Busfahrer sollte entweder 200€ pro Nacht (zusätzlich zum Zimmer) fürs Parken bezahlen oder 2km weit weg fahren um dann mit dem Taxi wieder zum Hotel zu kommen. Das nenn ich mal einen Kundenservice für Gruppen. Wirtschaftliches Denken: fehlerhaft Kundenorientiertes Denken: nicht vorhanden

Haben nach der letzten nicht sehr guten Erfahrung, wollten wir dem Hotel erneut eine Chance geben. Leider vergebens. Hätten es nicht machen sollen. Unsere nicht sehr gute Erfahrung vom letzten Mal wurde getoppt. Wir werden als Premiumkunden von Club Carlson den Radisson Blu in Radebeul meiden. Der Service ist noch schlechter geworden. Kein Zimmerservice. Nicht mal Wasser und Kleinigkeiten zum Essen wird ins Zimmer serviert. Das Zimmer welches wir als Gold-Member Mitglied bekommen haben war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Blick in die Weinberge ist wirklich sehr schön, aber leider kaum zu sehen, weil die Fenster möglicherweise seit Monaten nicht gereinigt worden sind. Die Badewanne war verrostet und unsauber. Es gab keine Seife um die Hände zu reinigen. Wellnessbereich ist inzwischen auch für Premiummitglieder kostenpflichtig. Wir haben pro Eintritt 5€ zahlen müssen. Unmöglich. Die Umgebung ist unbedingt eine Reise wert. Aber meine Empfehlung. Meiden Sie das fünf * Hotel Radisson Blu?

Preis/Leistung ist absolut stimmig. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Trotz Fachkräftemangel ist das Hotel gut mit jungem Nachwuchskräften ausgestattet. Man schläft sehr ruhig. Einen kurzen Kommentar noch zu meinem Mitmenschen. Ich finde es unmöglich, wenn sich Gäste die sich ein 4-Sterne-Hotel leisten können, sich die Taschen voller Kaffeesahne, Zucker, Nutella, Knäckebrot und alles was verpackt ist, voll hauen. Ich schäme mich dafür und habe das nächste Mal den Mut die Leute anzusprechen.
