My stay in millennium place was awesome. The only bad thing about it was that it was kinda far from everything.apart from that everything was wonderful.

Memorable moments after a small adventure in another country. Make us forgot all and enjoy our staying every single moment. I want to thank you all for the flexibility, for the services and your assistance to meet all of our expectations. Keep it up!

Very nice hotel away from crowded areas

Very poor services and not answering the phone if u call the reception or the house keeping and I request a late checkout and the employee say ok the next day they called forcing me to checkout before the time he gave me and the toilet is not clean and they take long time to make a service

I won a voucher and I sent an email to the Team to redeem it, I was aware as it is mentioned on the voucher that I should present it upon arrival, I kept the voucher in my car, however on the same day we used another car and forgot to bring the voucher, we reached the hotel at 13:30 to check in, the front office refused to check us in because I don't have the voucher with me, I told Jerel that I will bring the voucher on the same day or the day after but he totally refused. I waited for around 45 minutes and no solution was given. we left for breakfast and came back to drop the family off to check in, I spoke again with Jerel asking him to check my family in and I would go to bring the voucher from home in Sharjah, he again refused and asked me to pay the deposit, then we decided to leave home to bring the voucher and we checked in at approximately 17:00. We were given room 204, which is wrong, when I called Jerely he said that we were given the wrong room and it should be F204, eventually, we shifted to the bigger room. I have been in the hospitality industry for the last 20 years and I never experienced such a humiliating situation.

I really expected way more for the price I paid. Not worth it! Lobby looked really fancy and clean but the room was totally different. Floor was dirty, doors looked too old, not very spacious and had bad smell.

Maybe just one thing was missing! And seeing a giraffe or an African lion when you look out from the beautiful terrace of the room and overlook the park. An amazing experience of comfort and relaxation in the shadow of having excellent amenities with the help of skilled and professional personnel such as the reception manager Mr. Javad and all personnel from Mr. Ashraf Belboy to all the crew and personnel of the managers and the security manager of this relaxing hotel. unique

My wife forgot her very expensive earrings on the console next to bed when we left and then we contacted them from jordan few hours later and they were hesitant to help and rude in their responses and after 2 hours of what they called investigations they claimed that they have not found it and maybe the housekeeping took it by the vacuum cleaner and they cant retive it from garbage and it only costed 4000 usd so yes i totally accept their explanation hhhhh

I’m very sad with my booking I’ve booked a king size bed but unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the room which was to jonit bed togather at was very uncomfortable..we came from different city to enjoy the weekend but were so disappointed and the bed was very hard and I still feel pain in my back …I will never book again

Very nice hotel

非常乾淨，還有廚具。適合一家人來遊玩，離機場也很近，下次還會入住，前台工作人員態度也很好的，很有禮貌.

I had to face lots of bad behavior with the stuff even I stayed for one month and paid for this too, when I informed the manager and make complaint after I stay patient for one month his response only ( sorry) he doesn’t make any actions or any good apologies.

The staff did”nt help us at all
