Bonne équipe et bon service le service excellent et le personnel accueillant

La qualité de service de Marriott Hotel est toujours la plus fiable, et toutes les prestations sont très satisfaisantes. Arrivé à l'hôtel et surclassé directement deux chambres et un salon. La chambre est très grande, et les équipements de la chambre sont également bien entretenus. Même si cela fait quelques années, il est bien entretenu. Les meubles sont également élégants et se sentent comme à la maison. La cuisine est également grande et sanitaire. Il y a des supermarchés chinois, des restaurants chinois et des dépanneurs à quelques pas. Très proche de l'aéroport, hôtel super loué.

It’s quite good large apartment but they are not putting anything by themselves like shaving kit or toothpaste hairdryer everything you have to ask them than can be provided

Amazing stay once again Staff were really friendly and helpful Location was right for the purpose of work Loads of places to eat and go to in the evening. Unlimited free bottles of water so never had to buy any. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels and etc.

Brilliant place to stay, room gets cleaned everyday and free bottles of water provided! Staff are very helpful and welcoming.. Check was great, and was allowed an early check-in without extra charge. Highly recommend this hotel, great for couples and families!

Spacious and big short drive from Dxb airport, however you have to use an air bridge to get through to the apartments if you with family it’s difficult

This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.
