It is a good location and value for the price. Nice staff and service. Clean. Access to tram, walking area, and beach close. Also other restaurants and cafes.

The breakfast and the location of the hotel were amazing. Room cleaning was very good. The interest was great. I advise.

We arrived on the 18th March 2024 around 9-30 am, check in was 2pm but we were very lucky our room was ready for us Floor 30, High Floor Apartment. We were expecting a City view but we got a lot more than that. The apartment had 3 balconys Palm View City View and we could see JBR beach, Big Wheel and the Atlantis Hotel. Bedroom view 7 star hotel Burj Al Arab Jumeirah AMAZING. There is nothing you can do about the balcony but i wish it was glass so you could see the views when you sit down as it is a wall and obstructs the view. There is a lot of construction work in the area so be warned we had construction views and at the side of us construction which looks like a new hotel is going to be built at the side of the Arjaan this will probably stop the views to the side of the hotel which will be a shame but as I dont know what it s going to be it could be a year before it s finished. The noise on the 1st night was quite unbearable as someone who lives in the middle of no where with complete silence I really didnt think I would be able to live with it because it went on until after 3am it was very loud the following morning as well with the construction at the side was a different noise irritating loud knocking noise. I did say it to my daughter I don t think I will manage with the noise. She was delighted she said it sounded like the city and loved it and after 3 days it was just a normal sound but i dont think it was as noisy on the 3rd day onwards Obviously we were delighted with the room views and the apartment was very clean and huge for the 2 of us staying, easily big enough for 4 people. The apartment had a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, fridge freezer, plates, cutlery, cups and glasses. The bathroom was very large with a huge shower, great lighting and WC. There was also a seperate closet room with WC and sink. Extensive wardobes and drawers for all your clothes and shoes. The bedroom has a Tv and Im not sure the size of the bed because I have a king size bed and it was a lot bigger. My small complaint about the apartment was trying to figure out how to turn off all the lights in the apartment to go to sleep. It is a task every evening and I couldnt turn off the wardrobe lights. I think this system needs an instruction manual. I could have removed the key card but then I wouldnt have been able to access the small light at the side of the bed or being able to charge phones and electronics, I literally had to turn everything on and then off in every room in the apartment, I am sure this is not the correct way. We were very busy during our stay, we had a lot of things booked and we didnt really spend anytime at the hotel to see any part of it, we did eat in the restaurant one day and my daughter said the best pasta dish she ever had and I had a requested (no dairy) tuna salad from the little cafe near the reception which I found refreshing and a big portion it was lovely, so I think if you have the full or half board the food is ex

Lovely ambience, excellent staff and service made the evening even more memorable for my children..would love to visit again and will recommend this to everyone who wishes to enjoy a beautiful evening with loved ones

We have spent the most amazing week in this lovely hotel. At breakfast in Cilantro Kaza, Made and Kadek looked after our every need. Iftar in the Skylight Lounge was amazing thanks to Raoul. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough Thank you.

I booked my Dubai vacation on Emirates vacations at Arjan hotel for five adults for flight hotel accommodation plus breakfast. At check-in, we realized that the two bedroom apartment that was given to us at the booking time does not accommodate five adults !! it only accommodate four. I went to the front desk and asked to be upgraded at my cost for a bigger apartment that would accommodate us, but they said they don’t have any availabilities, and the only option we had was an extra bid to be placed in the living room, which was very uncomfortable bed and very uncomfortable situation to have a person sleep in the living room For the rest of us. There was a nightly charge for the bed of 130 Durhams, but when I talked to a higher manager the following day(Mousa) he waved the charges on nine nights but I was still charged for the first night which is no big deal ,that’s not the point. My situation wasn’t handled professionally, and I wasn’t taking care of the way I thought I would be taken care of from Emirates , vacations and Arjan hotel I don’t recommend neither Emirates vacations or Arjan hotel for family and friends and I hope that review would be helpful for some of you.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had to-date. The acoustics are terrible - I could hear everything going on in both the corridor and room next door. The place sounded like a nightclub. The result - no sleep. Asked the hotel to sort it and they didn’t. Will never return.

I travel to Dubai because of my studies. The main reason I stayed in Arjaan was because the location of the course was in the same hotel. And now I know why my business school chose that hotel. It has an excellent location, an amazing and beautiful hotel, with a gym (that I used) and a pool. But the best part was the excellent quality of service, from the check-in until the check-out. The only two things that were not that nice were that my room was kind of old (but the rest of the hotel was not), even with one of the closets smelling old (which, sadly, I forgot to report because I just didn't use it). The other thing was that one night, some alarm noise woke me up. Of course, that is not the hotel's fault. In any case, the fantastic view, the cleanliness, the superb service make it all up.

The cleanliness in the accommodation spaces is excellent. Less the noise of the construction site surrounding the hotel... And the breakfast is not worth the money... there are better and cheaper options just a stone's throw away.

1 out of 5 Without doubt my worst experience in a Dubai Hotel. I paid over £250 per night without breakfast and was put in a reasonable room (303) it does have a swimming pool in the room, which is lovely but at this time of year totally pointless. Overall the room as tired and in need of updating. The bathroom was OK and superficially clean. However the shower has mould and dirt around the outside and the bath was stained from dirty water. I attempted to clean it myself but when I ran the hot water it came out dirty and full of sand. This however is not the worse bit..room 303 is right outside a building site. I think by law the working hours are supposed to be 7-7 but they started every morning at 06:15ish and went through until 21:45. The sound was unbearable and woke be up every morning…which wasn’t ideal as I was working late or arriving back from Saudi and Abu Dhabi very late. I’ll attach pictures and videos so you can see…I asked to change but no rooms available. I feel this hotel owes me either 4 nights or a refund but even though I complained on checkout and showed the videos, I have received zero contact from the hotel! My advice…avoid this place at all cost.

My special thanks to Hanin at the reception and Aidana at the breakfast reception! Hanin upgraded my city view room to a huuge apartment and was very polite. I'd say the same for Aidana who is a very polite person as well. Room was very clean, everything was alright. And the sea view was amazing !

I travel in Dubai every 2 months and I saw a lot of hotels, apartments 5*-4*, Arjaan Rotana media city was really in top list of my stay, because of the attitude of the reception staff, they will be happy to help if you have any questions. I am very grateful to Hanin and Raneen for my vacation. Next time I will definitely return to this hotel precisely because of the kind attitude of the staff towards the guests. Thank you.

A wonderful hotel, very conveniently located, there is a tram stop nearby. It has a gorgeous heated swimming pool. The staff is super polite, attentive. I didn't want to leave. I will be happy to come again.
