You&Co co-Living Dubai

This is detailed review (one of my first ever)....in summary super comfortable community vibezzz Let's start with arrival, if you fancy taking the Metro to the apartment from the airport, jump on the main Red Line towards Expo 2020, get off at Jumeriah Golf Estate Metro Station, directly outside wait for the F38 bus, 4 stops (10 mins approx) and it will drop you right outside (wish i knew that to begin with figured it out soon enough). The same touch card used on the Metro will work on the bus, and it's cheap as chips, approx 7aed for the metro and around 5aed for the bus (Bus Stop Dubai Production City 1) Depending on what time you arrive at the brightly coloured building, you will be expected by and greeted by securuity, i was promptly and showed to my room, the room felt brand new it was clean crisp, good views out the window facing the community balcony. At first, it feels a little bit quiet in the area as its still being developed subtly (no noise or heavy machinery to disturb) - however you can either get a cab into town around 15 mins, i usually get a cab to the nearest metro - either a) Dubai Internet City or b) Jumeriah Golf Estates. There's a carrefour not too far away, with Mc Donalds etc, a new Pizza hut in the other direction (fantastic pizza's) etc.... However i can for a real break not as a tourist, so i embrased the quite nature of the location and adapted. 4 fresh towels, 2 medium, 2 large (i extended my stay as i enjoyed it so much and it has two extra small hand/face towels, nice). Ironing Board, Iron, kettle, microwave all very well maintained and clean!!! The only thing i didn't find was a toaster, but it must be a local thing, so i used the pry pan on low heat to get my morning toast, done the trick just fine. Good Wi-FI network, co-working room, with ample desk space and a good place for those who want to just get their head down and work. There are various room options available, since I'm travelling on my own this occasion i opted for the "Meet Up" rooms, which features a shared modern shower & wc and shared fully kitted out kitchen. Other oprtions include provate shower & WC room, and balcony and living room area's - options to cater for all. I stayed with 2 other guests (each with our own private room space), very quiet didnt even notice they where there so felt like i had the whole apartment to my self. Rooms are very plesant and modern decor, light fresh colours, Big Smart TV, reading lamps, good wardrobe storage area and working desk. There are regular events that take place, displayed in the lifts, a great way to meet other residents. Oh yes, the apartment management and resident volunteers did a fantastic job to accommodate the football Qatar World Cup Games, Big screen projector, bean bags, comfortable out door viewing, I really looked forward to the matches and fellow supporters from all over the world. Had a lovely stay at You&Co Dubai! The apartments are very modern and clean, the community is amazing and the team is just great! The administrators Teddy and Paul are very kind and always there to make sure you are being cared for! The manager Maksim is so sweet as well and always makes sure to propose cool activities during the week, like yoga and English learning classes, pool brunchs etc. Highly recommend 🤍

Нормально все. В целом прилично, чисто и комфортно. Прожили тут месяц, будем продлевать ещё на месяц. Ремонт свежий, хоть и бюджетный. Для эконом варианта жилья в Дубае подходит. В хайсизон цены конечно не эконом))) можно и апарты снять за эти деньги, но нужно искать и морочиться с риэлторами, здесь это не требуется.

I spent 1 week here in You & Co, it's a very nice place , very quiet ,and I loved that I would BBQ all facilities were in perfect condition, nice people around and staff that i dealt with she was so nice , there was ample parking spots , But when i asked them to replenish the soap in the bathroom that is when I saw their true colors they never responded to those WhatsApp messages , that was the only downside of my stay. However, i would still recommend this place as a nice place to stay regardless!!

This place is a great place to stay in Dubai. The team is amazing; they are very pleasant and welcoming. They always looked after the tenants. All our requests were attended to immediately; without any excuses like "sorry its my weekend". They were available weekends and evenings to attend to tenants. They have some really nice activities going on everyday so you will never get bored. The facilities are all new with a very nice pool, gym, and co-working area. You will feel like you are at home amongst friends. so Check it out.

Прекрасное место для долго пребывания, современные люди, хорошая инфраструктура, все чисто и аккуратно. Находится в Production City, удобно добираться на авто. В целом не хватает только моря в шаговой доступности и количество уборок можно. Рядом много зелени

My wife and I spend 2 month here in You& Co, it's was perfect, no complains, all facilities in perfect condition, the building is new, nice community and staff, there a lot of activities to do, since yoga in the morning, massage, cine time, etc.. Highly recommended! 5🌟

Perfect place to live/work/get new friends. Super friendly coliving with high productive community managers, which can help you with your questions at any time! I lived here more then 4 month and my next time in Dubai i will live here 100%.

I really liked this place, very modern and fun concept. Apartment was clean, stylish and new, the bed is super comfortable. Staff is super friendly and always happy to help. Coworking is very convenient for work. Will definitely come back again.
