From the moment we arrived until the moment we left , we were treated like royalty . Everything about this hotel is exceptional . The staff were smiling , pleasant and engaging . It's so nice to be able to complement young people on their professionalism and I must praise them all from the receptionist to the waiting staff to the barman . The room and bathroom were spotless . The beds were comfortable and the room was warm and quiet . Our meal in the bar was tasty with generous portions as was the breakfast . A mini Irish breakfast was anything but mini so I wonder how big the full one was. The Eggs Benedict were sublime . we will definitely be back !

Excellent staff, well appointed, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms and a very tasty breakfast. Easy parking nearby and a central location also. The Imperial hotel definitely exceeded my expectations, I would happily stay again & more than happy to recommend.

The food was just delightful. Such a warm experience, I went with my friend for lunch and i have never experienced better service. We served by the lovely Amy, who was very kind and always checked up on us for our food. Will definitely be returning. Great music and atmosphere.

We were greeted by friendly staff. Our rooms were available before the time. The rooms were nice and clean and the towels fresh. Beds were comfortable. We ordered some drinks up to our room and staff were very accommodating. Drinks in the bar area was quick and we didn't have to wait long.

Top class hotel. Room, service, food and drink were excellent. Ask for a room on second floor to enjoy the bustle of Park Street. The full Irish breakfast was huge and good quality. Bar prices are very good for a town centre hotel. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend, the bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable i have experienced, I was worried about the noise seeing as the hotel is right in the centre and it was the weekend but it was very quiet. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, excellent selection for breakfast. It was our first choice staying here but we will definitely return.

Great hotel in the centre of Dundalk, staff are amazing, we had a high room and never heard a thing on a busy Saturday night. Room was big & the bed even bigger, great shower and plenty coffee including a nespresso. Breakfast was excellent and so reasonably priced. Highly recommend

lovely hotel beautiful food very friendly staff especially rosie. and the lad with the bruised eye very nice staff .rooms were lovely spotlessly clean and lovely atmosphere in the hotel bar .so close to everything we had a cracking nite in the viperrooms
