Good hygiene that was up to standards. There was a working airconditioning and a good blowdryer. The location was okay since it’s close to the places we wanted to visit, but if you want to go to Little Tokyo or Altstadt you have to pass the train station, which feels shady and unsafe at night. I also missed toothpaste and slippers in the room. Overall I had a nice experience!

The facilities and infrastructure are new and nice. Except that we asked for room cleaning service from the reception, but the room was not cleaned when we were back, and no good reason for that. Also there was a bug, maybe cockroach, in the bathroom. Not very pleasant to see it. But in general it was nice, the reception staff was very nice.

The heating was on in the room full blast when I entered — not very eco-friendly, and hard to cool down the room using the confusing room temperature controller. Furnishings felt a bit worn and out of date. For some reason, they put a second desk in the room, positioned at an awkward angle to the bed in front of the window, taking up floor space. Nothing of any interest in the surrounding area — if I didn’t have business in the area, I wouldn’t stay here. A high point was the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive, with many choices.

Big hotel not far from train station, 10 minutes walk, good location in general, metro station right next to hotel. Great and very helpful staff. Rooms are old and not very clean, but very big size and beds are comfortable. Gym is tiny and doesn’t have many variables of machines. Food in restaurant is amazing! And very reasonable prices. I would recommend it for short stay

clean and very central located hotel. only 1 metro station from main station, hotel located right next to metro station. hotel offer me a family room with baby bed and kitchen.

Genial excelente ubicacion a 2 min a pie para llegar a la estacion. Solo a 1 parada de la estacion central. Fui a un concierto de PANTERA ubicado en el Mitsubishi Electric Halle y fue la mejor opción.

"Das Zimmer ist klein, und die Schalldämmung ist extrem schlecht. Man kann die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer sehr deutlich hören. Die Zimmer liegen direkt nebeneinander. Die Handtücher im Badezimmer waren schmutzig und hatten sogar einen starken Geruch. Bei den Kaffeetassen beim Frühstück musste ich die fünfte Tasse nehmen, um eine einigermaßen saubere zu finden. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück und an der Bar war unglaublich unfreundlich und der Service insgesamt äußerst schlecht. Es ist wirklich unverständlich, wie dieses Hotel vier Sterne erhalten hat. The room is small, and the soundproofing is extremely poor. You can clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room.The rooms are right next to each other. The towels in the bathroom were dirty and even had a strong smell – extremely unhygienic. At breakfast, I had to go through five coffee cups before finding one that was relatively clean. The service staff at breakfast and the bar was incredibly unfriendly, and the overall service was extremely poor. It’s truly baffling how this hotel received a four-star rating.
