This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we would return again. It is in a really good location and free carparking is ideal The staff are very helpful, friendly and hardworking. Our room was clean on arrival, as too the actual hotel. The corner of the carpark was littered with rubbish and we informed a young lady who was working on the reception (25/5/25), she was very apologetic and immediately went out to pick it all up. We had a family room for 3 nights, we took our niece, nephew (ages 9 and 7) and granddaughter, aged 1 year and 2 months We were provided with 1 double bed, 2 singles and a cot. The space was alittle tight and this was expected considering these rooms don't normally accommodate cots. It was warm at night, we had the window opened and also Premier Inn provided a decent sized fan which made the temperature comfortable. There is no onsite restaurant, so the Hungry Horse pub next door provides the breakfast. Surprisingly, the breakfast was good and we ate there one evening and this was also decent. Eastbourne and the surrounding area is a wonderful place to visit. We would leave the hotel earlyish in the morning and return 7/8pm. The kids would be tired and fall asleep not long after and this is why having little space in the room didn't bother us. Prices for Premier Inn are good value and they're are better if booked a couple months in advance
