The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Every day they cleaned and refilled the water and replaced the coffee, sugar and tea.

房間在頂層，衞生間有個屋頂窗，很明亮，衞生間有供暖，洗澡很舒服，但是沒有電梯，搬行李有點費勁，交通很方便，有公交車直達市區，去逛街很方便。

非常滿意 尤其是酒店經理 為人友善 有求必應 在海外再一次碰到值得信賴的同胞 非常值得推薦！

Firstly we tried to get intouch with them to explain why we were going to be a day late checking in ( due to storm Flora) no reply to calls or emails sent. When we arrived they didn’t even know we hadn’t checked in to their hotel! Then tried to send us to their sister hotel across the road offering us 2 single rooms! We are a middle aged couple. The room was in the basement, no curtains just a blind at the window which needed towels to block the light out. The room was more than basic, random tea and coffee in a bowl, and a bottle of refilled water on a tray. Next door resident had TV on too loud, and constantly coming out to go to the toilet which was across the hallway, at least we had an on suite. The hotel web site mentioned a dining room for breakfast and other meals, but the dining room is full of supplies for the hotel, so obviously no meals were available. The bed was ok pillows hard, the room was basically decorated, and loo not to a high end. We paid a little more to stay here due to the website pictures, but were very disappointed, the website says it is within walking distance to the centre of Edinburgh, it may be if your supper fit but we ended up getting taxis. Parking is for 2 cars only and the keys to your rooms fit the room, front door and everyone else’s room!! Avoid at all costs and stay in a travel lodge.

Good location. Clean rooms, bathroom and good quality linen. Tea/coffee available in the room. Lost rating as no hot water at 8:30am in the morning. No one to contact before 9am so we could only send a message and received no response, even now!

We booked this accommodation as a group (three couples) for a weekend in Edinburgh. We weren't sure what to expect based on some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Decent sized rooms, all very clean. Situated a little way out of the city, but easy to get into the centre, either via a 25 min or via bus. Would definitely return.

I’m not sure where to start with this one. Never have I been so bemused by a place to stay. The photos on *********** simply are not the reality, not even close. When you arrive, you use a ring doorbell to communicate with the host (who is not on site) and they give you a code for a locker to get your key. We were able to park privately on the drive, so that’s one positive that I’m trying really REALLY hard to cling onto, not only in the name of a balanced review but also to preserve my sanity. When booking the room, the bathroom was described as “private”. It’s not private at all. You have to walk across the hallway to get to it, and it’s accessible by anyone. Proven by the fact that when we arrived the loo roll was mostly used up and someone else’s public hair lay there in all its glory on our “private” shower floor. The bed was soiled with what looked like (I pray I’m right here) some kind of food. When I pulled back the covers the fitted sheet was littered with tiny black hairs, almost like animal hair. We immediately tried to call the host on the number provided, it just sent us repeatedly round in a circle of “press 2 for Allison house 16”. We then went back to the front door and had to use the ring doorbell to get hold of the host. In fairness they did come over to the site, after some persuasion. They informed us there were no other rooms available to move to which had a private bathroom. In order to get a refund we would have had to contact the booking site. The host agreed to change the bedding and clean the bathroom. Even without the above issues, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s unclean, average location (over a mile to the city) and the facilities are just about acceptable. Tiny room, poorly decorated and a small bed. All in all, very disappointing.

We spent 2 nights at this Bed & Breakfast. No facecloths, no toiletries, very bare minimum of towels and coffee. Didn’t see one staff member until we were checking out on the last morning and when we phoned through that morning to find out where to access breakfast, we were told they don’t offer breakfast, despite the booking stating otherwise. As other reviews have mentioned, your room key is used to gain access to the building and room, therefore everyone has access to every room which left us feeling uncomfortable from the get go (considering there were no staff about to keep an eye either.) Nothing but a basic double room for £300..felt ripped off.

hotel well located in relation to the city centre. The room ? clean although not huge. I only point out that in case of booking, make sure on the beds, at the time of booking we have specified two adults plus one little girl but in the room we only had a double bed. Another flaw is the absence of services, what should be the owner didn't even call us a taxi

Please think twice before booking your stay. When it says limited spaces it means 1 as there is a skip in another space and builders van in another. We stayed in room 2. Booked the room for 4 nights as I had brain surgery on the Monday and was hoping to get a couple of days rest before heading home 170 miles away. My husband spent 3 nights there, I got there late on the 3rd night and what a noise. Builders were there until after 10pm. I think I would’ve got more sleep in the car. Room is basic. Shower door didn’t fit. Hand soap smells and looks like fairy liquid. It’s a rip off for just a bed and an uncomfortable one at that as it’s 2 single beds pushed together. We technically have one more night to stay but was woken to builders banging the f&@k out of the room next door. So much for recuperating. Decided to cut our loses and head home. Would I recommend this place hell no.

Come il nel titolo, troppo caro x quello che offre. Lenzuola con peli e capelli, per terra davvero parecchia sporcizia, meglio il bagno. Comoda la posizione per il viale che porta direttamente al centro

In considerazione dell'otto rapporto qualità prezzo la posizione è ottima, servita benissimo sia dai mezzi pubblici, molto frequenti, che dai servizi Uber. La struttura è accogliente e pulita. C'è stato un piccolo problema con il bagno che è stato immediatamente risolto dai titolari.
