We should have realised this was not going to be good when you find the place is in the middle of an industrial estate. We walked into our “cabin” which looked more like Cell Block H. Our first thought was to leave. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Have a look on the top of the light switches. Simple soap and water or a damp rag would remove the build up of grime there. We unfortunately booked a suite. This would be handy if you were tiny because there was no way to walk around without bumping into each other. The only place to sit was on the beds which were singles and our knees touched. To make matters worse the wifi would not connect regardless of what we did. So we followed our first instinct and left immediately.

The ladies at reception are second to none! Unbelievably helpful! I forgot to call ahead to say I’d be arriving after hours, I was a bit panicked. Got here and called the after hours number and Jess couldn’t have been more helpful. She had already sorted out our key. Next day I cut my finger.. again the ladies gave bandaids for me, then I tried to wash and dry some clothes but I think the washer didn’t work because our clothes were still very wet. Did two loads in the dryer and it still wasn’t dry so the ladies at reception took my clothes and popped them in their own dryer. Just SO helpful! Cabins are clean, beds are super comfy and have what you need. Facilities are SO clean. Bbq area was spotless, pool area was spotless. Just a lovely experience. Thank you!

We booked 6 one bed room cabins during the Chris**as period (24-28) for our family and also booked the function room throughout. The cabins are decent for its price however they were a little outdated but it still made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The noise of the train line didn’t bother us neither. The cabins are close to alot or stores so it was very convenient for us. The function room was also a decent size for us and we enjoyed it with the air con and having a meeting place for the family. The function room was handy because we were a large group and we did not want to take over the bbq area during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed it and would come back again as a family. The staff were really friendly as well.

You would be better off camping in a tent by the Nepean River than paying to stay at this poorly maintained caravan park. If you like cold showers and zero privacy due to broken blinds in your room this place accommodates. I even hired their function room where I had to spend extra money cleaning their hotplate / Oven and other so-called facilities that I hired that did not actually work. I paid $200 to rent the room and well what can I say ...... Never again. Avoid at all costs. No refund or apology either.

The park is situated in the middle of an industrial estate and close to a train line. We had booked a studio for 2 nights. The room was actually only big enough for one single bed not 2. The only place to sit was on the beds which were so close together we knocked knees every time we moved. The room was dirty. The kettle and the toaster were filthy. The bathroom was a mess. You really need to teach your staff to clean the dust and grime off the light switches. No excuse for not cleaning them. The wi fi did not work. We stayed less than an hour and then checked into a local motel for the same price but so much more included. They even had chairs we could sit on.

Whilst the grounds look well-kept and clean unfortunately the same cannot be said about the cabins. The Cabin we stayed in was in need of a refresh. The decor and kitchen looked and felt like it was from the 70's. The table and chairs were marked and damaged. The flooring was worn. A wall was cracked and places that had been patched/repaired were done poorly. The mattress on the bunks were thin and very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Bedding we were given on the first night was dirty and torn and had to be taken to reception for replacing. We did receive a bottle of wine as an apology. We had an infestation of bugs and some of our cabin experienced bug bites whilst sleeping. One child woke with 11 bites on their torso. The shower was similar to what would be found in a motor home and was small and constricted to shower in. The entire cabin could have done with an entire scrub instead of just a surface clean. Members of our group in other cabins experienced issues with bugs, with one cabin having a severe infestation of cockroaches, resulting in them having to be moved to another cabin.

Priced was good and location made it convenient for what we needed. But the quality of the cabin was disappointing. Bed and linen were uncomfortable and it wasn’t very clean. Pool was a nice amenity to have.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and the park was very clean I would love to go back and stay longer. Was not far to walk to the train station. Very quiet in the park very friendly people all around.
