Radisson Hotel & Residences Erbil

I've been in the Radisson erbil for a short trip It was a pefect stay .the room is very big and the gym is cool Luxury faciliy and great services I want to thank the staff in pestro they were very helpful and Ms Rima in the front office were very profissional and kind I recommend this hotel

Very nice an respectful hotel an the food amazing , I would love to come back next time , I wish they had an pool , maybe I didn’t see it but overall very nice room N luxury hotel , can’t wait to come back , an love the fact u can smoke an the lobby an get a tea while u wait !

Thanks Angel, Rema and for sure Miss Duha And staff in The Bistro My recommendation for the hotel to have their own SPA and Internet connection was not always the best. Location was very comfortable for me with enough of options around the hotel.

The staff are all amazing, always ready to help in the most convenient way. Friendly with a smile on always. Everything was so clean which made our stay flawless. Very good location 5 mins walk from Gulan mall and various other stores. The hotel has various restaurants.

I came to the Bistro restaurant with a very important UN member and the service received from the waitress Rahaf does not reflect a 5 stars hotel service mainly with serving food while her hair is down and not pulled up as it should be. There should be strict rules especially when dealing with food. We also felt uncomfortable that she’s taking the order with standing very close almost touching the guest. I truly recommend that the waiter is trained properly in order to avoid such a behavior with other customers.

Although I come to the hotel on frequently, especially the Bistro restaurant, however this time it wasn't as good as previous times as I faced unpleasant behaviour from the hostess Saleen ignoring my request to be moved to a better table although I had reservation and the way she talked to me was more in an aggressive way and with harsh attitude. To add up to the unpleasant experience was the waitress Rahaf who not only forgot to bring my order and I had to ask another waiter about the order, I also had to ask her multiple times just to change the ashtray since it was full with nuts and cigarettes with no success as it seems that laughing and chitchat with staff and the DJ is more important than serving customers! I feel disappointed with the level of service received although as I mentioned I regularly come to the Bistro and I always have a very pleasant experience and service especially from Zeina who attain to every single request and have a very pleasant and welcoming personality that made me recommend the Bistro to others. I will make sure to always deal with Zeina and tell others too to ensure having a pleasant experience.

This hotel excels in customer care from the moment you walk in the door, to your room to all the amenities on the property. All rooms are clean and most are sweets having a separate living area, 2nd toilet laundry, facilities, en suite. The front desk crew were professional, and very amenable, the lady who checked me in his name was Angel, and she was fantastic. The hotel restaurant is known as a bistro. Restaurant/lounge has excellent food, a great bar with all the expected types of drinks and some I didn’t expect. Their staff is very attentive

They allowed us to book the meeting room free of charge and were very hospitable. Room was spacious and very cozy. Not much of a view from 2nd floor.

Great food and service. The service is great and the food taste was very good. The ambience was also very nice. We observed very kind attitude by Mr. Nour. The amount of bill was fair and the restaurant is also serving vast menu ranges from sandwiches, steaks and continental main course. Thanks
