Gokulam Park Hotel & Convention Centre

I stayed here few days ago.. I got good service here especially food and service. The front office staff character is good . I was amazed the night shift housekeeping staff (Abhijith & Hari ) i request something then they will give to me within seconds in 3 Am 4 Am .I like the two boys they will give essential items at the night with an cute smile the housekeeping services was very great 👍.The resort morning breakfast was very delicious. i am stay in so ***y hotels but I like this hotel. Whenever I come to Ernakulam again, this is where I want to stay

Tried out this hotel because of its Location, but gave me a worst of a lifetime service. Staff behaviour, allocation of rooms, Mosquitos all around - everything is disgusting. We booked a Double room, but got a room with twin single bed with a 3 year old kid. While feeding her, a negligible portion of Dal Kichdi fell on the bedsheet, for which they wanted to levy a charge of buying a new bedsheet. Receiptionst staff and their ***ager Mithun behaviour is ridiculous. The Hotel is to be avoided under any circumstances. The mosquit repellent was under the table and completely ineffective. Just one plug points in entire room. Train seats these days have more charging points

It was an ok stay for a night, though the staff was very courteous no complaints about them but it was not up to the mark of Gokulam standard which I think. We were a little let down by this hotel the bathrooms were ok the wallpapers were a little damaged and too ***y mosquitoes even the good night was Placed under the table from where it could not have even killed a single mosquito.

Attended the exhibition at Kochi and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was recommended by the exhibition organiser and we chose the hotel due to convenience. Basically the hotel was neat and clean, plus they gave a good breakfast. The location is also very good and have a wonderful Pothys next door. But sad to say that, the staff at the Reception is horrible. After the exhibition, we thought of moving to another hotel. We were scheduled to checkout early morning, so I went to the Reception the night before the checkout as I wanted to clear all the extra bills. I paid in cash and de***ded for the bill. The duty person said, once I checkout they will provide a final bill. I trusted him and agreed for what he has said. The next morning, I came to the Reception and asked for the checkout. They said I have not paid my extras. I was so furious and I explained the whole thing. They asked me who was the duty person? Cmon, I am a foreigner and do you expect me to ask or even know, the names and their contacts? I saw a CCTV camera just above the Reception and I asked them to check the footage between 23:30 and 23:45 as I have paid during that time. The Reception made a huge mess and it took more than an hour to sort this out. It was such an embarrassing and disturbing thing. To make everything smoother during my checkout, I cleared all the bills ahead, as we wanted to leave for the next hotel as early as possible. But everything got messed up and took more than an hour. The worst thing is, the ***ager or whoever is at the Reception, never even said a word of apology. The staff really need to undergo a good training before keeping them at the Reception. I don’t think I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible service and charged additional bill unnecessary . Excess bills for all the services and they are terrible. When asked about the bill they made us wait for more than half an hour saying they are checking. We were busy to attend a function and we were late to attend. Such a disappoin**ent………… other guests were not allowed though we informed they will coming as we had a wedding ceremony for the prayers. The previous day they agreed this and the next day morning at the time of ceremony to begin those people in reception didn’t allow. Such a disappoin**ent.
