hôtel très bien le personnel est très bien et fond leur possible pour répondre a nos questions, le petit déjeuner est copieux les chambres sont bien, le seul bémol c'est qu'i faudrait des chambres familial.

Les chambres sont bien équipées, même un peu loin de la chambre typique. Mon chambre avait une toilette et une douche séparées, très agréable. Petit Manco, un objet oublié 4 heures après le CA, n'était pas trouvé dans la chambre, ce qui est dommage. Il n'était pas si petit. Les lits sont également très confortables, tout dans un hôtel très bon.

Had a great stay in Moxy Essen from 11/06/2023 – 14/06/2023. I was travelling around the Rhine Ruhr region with my friend (and we both have Marriott Gold elite status from staying in a Marriott for university). This hotel was in a great location right next to the HBF station in Essen and was clean and modern. The bar had a good vibe and we had free drinks on arrival. We used points for this stay, and the way that the points worked out meant that we had 2 different bookings over 3 nights, but this was not an issue and we managed to get the same room for the duration of our stay (we even got a bonus welcome drink for it)! I’m probably not going to do the hotel justice here, but it was a well laid out and stylish hotel with decent sized rooms. We had a twin room to share and the staff made extra effort so that we were on the quieter side of the building. We initially checked into the hotel at approximately 2pm, but decided to spend the afternoon in Wuppertal. When we arrived back on the first night. I had a shower, and there was no shampoo. No big deal, but I ended up going down to reception to ask for some. The man couldn’t find any shampoo, but about half an hour later, some appeared, I think he probably brought I from the shop as it wasn’t in the normal bright pink Moxy bottle, but it was really nice of him to make the effort. That day, the weather hit 32 degrees and whilst we were waiting for the shampoo, we tried to work out how the air conditioning worked. Between me and my friend that I was travelling with, we couldn’t work it out, so we asked the employee. However, between the 3 of us and Google we could not work it out. Anyway, I think we were the only people in the hotel that night as this was approximately midnight local time, and I think we went in every room in the corridor. To try and find one with working air con. All of them were empty! We eventually found one that wasn’t like a sauna and packed our stuff and moved. The employee was genuinely the nicest and most helpful employee I think I have ever seen in a hotel, very apologetic, but also very sociable. It was really nice to meet him as he was so happy to help. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he had a ponytail I think and said he was Turkish. I think he will know who we are when he reads this! I saw him off duty in the bar the next night and thanked him. We even got 2 free breakfasts out of this!! The breakfast was good, though probably not worth the price we were told when we booked (I think it was about 15 euros but can’t remember as I have stayed in about 5 hotels in the past week and they have all rolled into one a bit). There was a few cooked items (Bacon & Scrambled Egg) and a few cold/ cereal items, but not loads. I probably wouldn’t recommend getting breakfast as all the Moxys allow a free coffee/ juice in the morning and a pastry, which is a nice touch. Nous étions deux nuits dans cet hôtel à cause d'une exposition. Je ne peux absolument pas accepter mes prédécesseurs. Nous étions en ordre. La chambre dans la maison principale était propre et entretenue. L'hôtel avait des problèmes avec la réception télévisée - nous l'avons déjà signalé et nous n'avons pas eu de problème, car nous avons passé le moins de temps à rester dans la chambre. La télévision devrait fonctionner dans le bâtiment voisin - si nous avions voulu nous aurions pu y aller. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était riche et délicieux. Fruits frais et légumes découpés, une petite sélection de pains frais, diverses raccords et couches et beaucoup plus. Vous avez pu choisir du lait de soja en tant que alternative. Le service de l'hôtel était très aimable. Un petit manque - notre chambre n'a pas été faite après la première nuit. Mais il n'y avait pas de problème pour nous à seulement deux nuits. Enfin, nous avons simplement lu quelque chose ici et il n'était vraiment pas inclus. Peut-être sont-ils aussi des règles de la couronne dont nous ne savions rien. Mais comme je l'ai dit ... Pour nous, la moitié est si sauvage. L'hôtel est super central - le centre-ville, un grand centre commercial et le métro sont facilement accessibles à pied.

Tout simplement un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai fait par rapport a l'énorme qualités et très bon prix. Chambre très spacieuse et moderne, très propre, magnifique salle de bains moderne également. Petit dejeuner au top avec tout simplement tout ce que je peux aimer, bacon, oeuf brouiller, toast nutella et/ou confitures, beignets, gauffres.. Et j'en passe. Seul petit bemol, la machine a café/cacao, fonctionner mal, dommage.

Situation centrale pour l'accès au centre d'Essen. Parking à l'extérieur et diverses boutiques et restaurants à pied. Confortable et moderne comme tout le NH. Chambre un peu chaude et ne semble pas possible de régler.

Beds and housekeeping were great, staff friendly. Airco broken in both our rooms. We’d seen a review that someone also had problems before. Should have been fixed or worked on. One fridge did not work. Breakfast okay but more than an hour before it closed, some products were not stocked anymore because it was ‘late’. A la card dining was not possible on several nights due to there being ‘bus-guests’ who got a walking buffet. Bar often not visibly open, no snacks available other then wasabi nuts.

Always a good stay. Sometimes, during the night a little bit noisy, but is nothing. Next to the city centre, next to a shopping center, next to good restaurants, free parking in a garage and in the street... What else :)

Das Procedere, ausschließlich digital und personallos, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und eigentlich nicht „mein Ding“, aber dafür bekommt man für wenig Geld ein hübsches Zimmer. Die Suite im 4. Stock war groß, sauber, gut und modern eingerichtet und trotz der Lage mitten im Zentrum sehr ruhig. Lediglich zwei Steckdosen funktionierten nicht und der Wasserabfluß im Waschbecken war beinahe komplett verstopft. Normalerweise würde man das ja an der Rezeption melden, aber die war ja leider nicht vorhanden.
