Établissement situé entre la mer et l’autoroute (et chose incroyable: aucun bruit provenant de la route lorsque vous êtes dans la chambre ou bien au bord de la piscine!) NB: Un sentier littoral jouxtant l’hôtel, vous permet de vous balader à pied ou à vélo. Belles prestations: Chambres spacieuses très bien équipées avec beaucoup de rangements, tres bonne literie, des bouteilles d’eau mises à disposition tous les jours. 3 piscines dont une chauffée (malheureusement il s’agit de la plus petite!). Immense jardin arboré et très bien entretenu autour de la piscine. La salle du petit déjeuner faisant face à la mer avec une terrasse très agréable les jours de beaux temps. Choix très varié du petit dej. Salle de sport très correcte avec des équipements assez récents. Spa et sauna très bien. POINT NÉGATIF: 2 restaurants dont l’un d’entre eux prénommé « Spiler » au cadre et à la déco très sympa, est largement très en dessous du standing de l’hôtel: Hormis des prix prohibitifs: nous avons mangé: tartare de thon mal assaisonné (fade et très acide) à 36€ une entrecôte à 34€ 2 sangria préparées avec un sirop de grenadine ou autre pour 32€ Heureusement à 10 minutes de l’hôtel (en voiture), il y a de très bons restaurants. Ce fût donc, la seule expérience culinaire dans l’hôtel durant notre séjour … dommage. Séjour de rêve malgré tout.

Absolument superbe, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Nous y avons séjourné avec notre bébé de 7 mois, les équipements pour bébé (lit à barreaux, baignoire, matelas à langer, chauffe biberon) sont de qualité. Mention spéciale au staff qui est très chaleureux et proactif, tout le monde est aux petits soins. La piscine et les jardins avec vue direct sur la mer sont agréables et relaxants. La chambre impeccable comme le reste des équipements, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Chambres vieillottes mais très confortables, service hôtelier et personnel très professionnels. Bien situé en bord de mer. Petit déjeuner très complet, la qualité des produits n’est pas exceptionnelle, viennoiseries couvertes d’un sirop collant, charcuterie moyenne…crêpes médiocres. La cuisine du restaurant Balthazar est très nettement en dessous de ce qui est attendu à ce niveau de prix, un net effort s’impose.

15 of us stayed for a 4 day golf trip and had a wonderful time. Weather was disappointing but that's not the hotel's fault :) Eva Marquez was my contact throughout the booking process and she was fantastic. Always available, a delight to deal with, and everything went very smoothly. There is a SIXT office in the hotel so the car hire was facilitated very efficiently and we had 4 cars waiting for us when we arrived. It was low season so the hotel didn't feel busy, which made for a lovely relaxing stay. The hotel is about 30 mins drive to the golf courses in Sotogrande which wasn't ideal but, again, not the hotel's problem. The hotel it's self is lovely, facing the sea albeit the beach isn't very nice as it's black stone/pebbles. Fortunately the hotel has a lovely pool area, albeit the weather wasn't good enough to use it. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, sizeable and with a huge bathroom. Everything we experienced was excellent, from the staff (who couldn't have been nicer - the front desk staff were even kind enough to print off emails I sent them and brought them to my room without being asked) to the food, the rooms, even the underground garage was about a clean a garage as I've ever seen! Very impressed with this hotel and highly recommended.

What a great surprise. A friend recommended this hotel and we are so glad they did. We were not entirely sure what to expect but when the very friendly team checked us in and gave us a glass of Cava we knew we would have a great time. Every member of the team was excellent . Always available to help or just offering a friendly hello. Breakfast was exceptional, delicious large choice of food and waiters remembered our coffee choice each morning without a prompt. The views from our bedroom were lovely and we really enjoyed the long walks along the beach. Highly recommended and we will certainly be staying again.

Wonderful location, friendly staff. We enjoyed a wonderful week there. Although it was raining a lot during our week the staff did their best to make our stay as memorable as possible. Everybody was always friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We chose the hotel for its heated indoor and outdoor pools which worked well in February (although the indoor spa pool seemed to mainly be for children in the daytime). Really comfortable beds, blackout curtains, water bottles in room replenished every day and luxurious bathrooms as you’d expect at this price. The extra single bed was adult sized. Breakfast was excellent especially if you ask for cafe latte etc which they will go away and make. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly. There are plenty of lovely places to sit and relax and pizzas at the bar were good. It was easy to get an Uber into Estepona, hotel bike rental sadly worked out too expensive for a family. The only big negative was that we paid for a side sea view and asked for a balcony with some sun but were given a dark room with a balcony which barely fitted two people and had lots of road noise so very unpleasant to sit on. If you want a quiet balcony I’d ask for one overlooking the pool. It’s a shame they put people on these dark rooms with the road noise, at the side of the hotel when the hotel is clearly at such low occupancy and they have much nicer situated rooms. I believe this is a missed opportunity to entice people to revisit in low season.

I would like to take a moment to say a HUGE thank you for the kind efforts of Bianca and her whole team to look after my family and I last week on the occasion of my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary The best moments in hospitality occur when something wonderful happens and you and your teams created something that we will remember forever. This was a long planned long weekend away for an event that we will not see again and from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and the whole team made us feel very special and seemed to be aware of our special anniversary The rooms with balconies and sea views were very special, the special Anniversary Dinner we had in your fine dining restaurant was very special and the recommendations that you made for us to eat in Estepona were perfect! Excellent resort with greenery landscaping, nice food, swimming pools and friendly staff. Starting from check in to check out all staff were friendly and welcoming.
