Il vient de se déplacer à l'aéroport de Dallas, une nuit après-demain, de nombreux hôtels autour de l'aéroport ont choisi cette maison. Beaucoup d'évaluations de Trip.com sont des commentaires anglais sur Internet externe, beaucoup de mauvais commentaires et des notes faibles. Je vais vérifier mes réservations, mais le score de cet hôtel est supérieur à 8 points pour un hôtel voisin. Résidence dans le pays de Maï 5-6 100 yuan pour une nuit, l'hôtel dispose d'un aéroport gratuit pour prendre un bus, envelopper 2 personnes pour le petit déjeuner, et il est également connu. En fait, l'hôtel est un peu vieux, mais la santé et le service sont très bons, il n'y a pas d'évaluations étrangères si peu. Le parcours de l'aéroport est un parcours de l'aéroport. Il n'est pas certain que l'itinéraire de l'aéroport soit à l'hôtel. Il faut partir de l'aéroport pour appeler la réception de l'hôtel, lui dire quel bâtiment de l'aéroport vous êtes, et que le conducteur peut vous attaquer quand vous traversez plusieurs bâtiments de l'aéroport. L'aéroport DF/W a plusieurs bâtiments de stations ABCDEF et il faut prendre un petit train entre eux. Chaque bâtiment de stations a une zone de stationnement de taxis à bord de la route de la Terre. Les bus de chaque hôtel sont dans la zone de Courtesy Vans, et beaucoup de passagers attendent. Le corps de la voiture de l'hôtel est imprimé avec le nom de l'hôtel et le logo. Si vous êtes satisfait, n'oubliez pas de payer un peu aux conducteurs, ils sont bas au bas et ils ont amélioré leur vie en conséquence.

We reserved a room here in the home 2 suites. When we arrived we found the hotel is split between a home 2 suites and a tru hotel. The desk clerk tells us that the tru side is for people for only one night and the home 2 is for more than one. The room has no couch and is the size of a shoe box. We show the clerk our reservation and it clearly shows that we reserved the home 2 suites and the picture and description both show a large room with a couch etc. The clerk informs us that the home 2 side is sold out and he will let the manager know the next day since it’s late and the manager is off for the day. But he tells us that the rate should be almost half the cost since the tru side is much cheaper and obviously smaller. The next morning we had to check out early due to an early flight out and the mgr isn’t in yet but the girl at the desk tells us the same as the man the night before that there is a good sized difference in the rate due to the size difference in the room. And she’ll let the mgr know. Later in the day we have to then call them back and got the ‘manager’ by the name of John. He says that he will refund us 20 something dollars and says that even though 2 of his employees told us it was more of a difference that they were both wrong. He says that this happens here at this location all the time and that’s all he can do. We feel like if this happens all the time then maybe John isn’t doing his job very well and maybe they should get a manager that can. We will never stay here again and have told and will continue to tell everyone we know to avoid this location at all cost. We saw one other couple in the lobby who said they were dealing with the same situation and they had requested a room with home 2 that was accessible and they got stuck on the tru side also. This place is a scam and has horrible management.

Ceci a été le meilleur coup pour mon argent que je pense avoir reçu. Il a juste besoin d'un hôtel la nuit avant et le départ précoce, comme j'ai besoin de nombreuses fois avant. Ce sera ma répétition en raison du prix, de la localisation, du parking, du service de camion et du service clientèle général! Il a même eu un petit restaurant, un bar et un petit déjeuner !

We hosted a meeting here for about 60 staff members for multiple days. We found the hotel to be in an excellent location, close to DFW, shopping and dining options.. and to be a very good value for our budget. The meeting room space was great. Spacious for our entire group with different options for small group breakouts too. The banquet coordinator, Dana, went way beyond the call to work with us from early to late (and on her days off) to be sure that every aspect of the meeting was successful. I am very pleased we chose this property and would do so again. Thanks, Dana and your staff for being terrific and so gracious.

What a beautiful establishment. Very modern, comfortable and extra clean. The staff is friendly and competent. The room is large, king size bed, two chairs and a desk, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. The tv and wifi work very well (You'd be surprised how often they don't ) The bathroom is clean and spacious. I love this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Euless. This is my first visit to this area and I am very pleased with my accommodations' for the weekend.

I checked in here because my hot water is off at home, and needed a shower. I’ve used this place before, with no complaining. It’s brand new, shiny, clean, and everything I came in contact with is working right. For what they intend to provide, there’s nothing wrong with this place. This is not the quality I expect from the Hilton brand(s) and I believe the company diluting their brand image selling stuff below their price class. If they want to operate in this medium it would do the brand a huge favor to take their name off of it, and let it stand on it’s own for what it intends to do. Hilton charges a lot, and for most properties the customer gets what they paid for. This brand does not live up to that standard. It’s basic, and cheap, and Hilton has never been either of those. It reminds me of the Cadillac Cimarron where General Motors wanted to sell America a dinky, cheap Chevrolet wearing Cadillac dressing for twice the price. That was 1982, the customers didn’t accept it, they didn’t buy it, and that car is still laughed about today. It did tremendous damage to the prestige and image of a Cadillac. I believe this TRU brand is doing the same thing to Hiltons. The Wyndham brands are doing the same thing to their prestige by adding in a whole lot of basic to what once was a luxury brand. They own more sleazy properties than good ones, and I don’t want to patronize any of them.

Due to our airline, we had missed flights on our return from Italy. American Airlines re-routed our flights which included an overnight in DFW. The airline arranged for our rooms at the DFW West Comfort Inn & Suites. Norma Cline at the front desk did an excellent job checking in approximately a dozen people at midnight. She was alone, but she was pleasant and efficient with people who were tired and frustrated with flight delays and changes. I am an advocate of great customer service and Norma provided it! Added note: Room was excellent. Hospitality van personnel to and from the airport were great too! We'll stay at this Comfort Inn whenever we have the opportunity to visit DFW in the future.
