This hotel gives the guest a warm and personal touch. The best part of the hotel is that the owners are so friendly, treating the guests like family. On the first night I asked for a hot water bottle (热水袋) because I prefer to sleep with that rather than use the AC heating, and the ”mom” of the hotel went out of her way to find me one. On the last day when I was leaving early in the morning before the official breakfast time, she also made sure to give me a prepared breakfast so that I wouldn't be hungry on my day's journey. By the way, the normal breakfast of noodles/mixian is very tasty and nourishing with high quality ingredients. Anyways, the family that runs this hotel really want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, so they are always there to greet you and answer any questions and help you with whatever you need. Even when I asked for clues about where to find batik (蜡染) artists, they found me the phone number of batik artist in a nearby village. They are so eager to help guests squeeze the most out of all of Guizhou's wonders! In my case, as a foreigner and someone who doesn't speak Chinese too well, I found them very patient and helpful. The rooms of the hotel are really elegant... simple, aesthetically pleasing design. The amenities are all comfortable: the bed mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft, the shower had high pressure and hot water, etc. The wifi was strong and stable. I should point out that some of the hotel rooms only have a squat toilet, so if you need a seated toilet you should probably contact the hotel in advance to make sure that they have such a room for you before booking. I should also point out the special location of this hotel. If you, like me, do not have a car and rely on didi or public transportation, then you should know that this hotel is quite a way into the countryside. In fact, on the road to the hotel, the taxi driver asked me, ”Why would you stay in such a remote hotel when there are good hotels in downtown Anshun?” Well, one of the reasons is because I do prefer personal hotels rather than corporate hotels. But also because my primary goal for my stay in Anshun was to see the old garrison villages (屯堡) in the area, not to see other sites like the famous waterfalls. If your goal is to see the old villages, then I think this is the perfect hotel for you. For one reason, one of the original garrison villages is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's little-visited by tourists and so you'll have the whole place to yourself and get really great photographs. That village (called BenZhai [本寨]) is of great historical importance and is very photogenic, and it's so neat to live so close to it. There's another even bigger and more commercialized (and absolutely beautiful) garrison village, also within walking distance (15-20 minutes by walking), called YunShanTun (云山屯). You're also not too far from the most famous villages, namely JiuZhou and Tianlong. Those are at least an hour by walking, so you'll want to get a car. I found it to be nearly impossible to get a Didi driver to accept such rides in this countryside area, but the good news is that the hotel manager found a friendly guy from the village to drive me to those villages and also later to the airport, for the same prices that Didi predicted it would charge. If you do have your own car, then I don't think you have to worry about anything, as this villages in near the highway and thus you can readily access any of the sites of interest in Anshun from this hotel. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with warm and human experiences that is near to the places of great historical interest, this is the right hotel for you!

Hotel staff is very helpful. Hotel location is so convenient, next to Tongren bus station, easy to take the bus to Fanjing mountain and 500 meters away from Tongren high speed railway station.

Le personnel était très agréable et très accueillant, et il a fait tout ce qu'il pouvait être utile. La jolie jeune dame sur le bureau de front parlait un peu d'anglais et m'a même emmenée à la route pour trouver quelque part pour manger! Les chambres sont propres, le lit est très confortable et la douche est magnifique! Il y a une salle de sport et des toilettes si nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et avait quelques options occidentales. La location est bonne (pas trop loin dans un taxi de la gare) avec une variété de bars et restaurants dans la région. Je n'hésiterais pas à rester encore si je suis à Guiyang.

La saison d'automne a passé, les gens se sentaient moins confortables, le paysage de la nuit était très beau, la réception a mis la chambre à l'hôtel Xiao Wang, les installations de l'hôtel étaient très bonnes, j'ai envoyé plusieurs boissons, le serveur était très enthousiaste,

First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

Highly recommend! - Accessible, easy to locate. Across from Guiyang North Railway station.The hotel signage can be seen from the entrance of the railway station. 10- minute walk from the train station. - The hotel is strategically located near the train station, restaurants, shops and transportation. - Clean and fresh bedding, towels, carpets - Clean, fresh, spacious room, toilet and bath with smart amenities - Lavender-based toiletries, good- smelling not overpowering - Room with a view, overlooking the restaurants below and the train station in a distance - hearty and delicious breakfast. Steaming freshly cooked- noodles with different toppings, fried rice, steamed rice, rice porridge, various dishes, fruit juices, hot beverages, fruits, desserts, on-the-go breakfast snacks, etc. The manager personally managed the breakfast spread, making sure the food and drinks were replenished and invited guests to try the breakfast noodle. - English speaking manager - warm and accommodating staff, on duty no24/7 My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️ - The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese! Nous n'avons réservé qu'une nuit, mais une fois arrivés à l'hôtel et vu les locaux et les chambres, nous savions qu'il fallait réserver une autre nuit immédiatement, car elle dépasse nos attentes. La chambre qui nous occupait n'était malheureusement pas disponible pour la deuxième nuit, mais le personnel nous a mis à niveau pour une meilleure chambre pour la deuxième nuit avec l'une des vues les plus impressionnantes! Le petit déjeuner a été servi comme un buffet, il n'est pas très grand mais il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et il était délicieux! Il y a une expérience de thé chaque jour après 6 h 30 où vous pouvez vous asseoir autour du feu et griller quelques nucléos, pommes de terre, pommes de terre douces et un snack sur les fruits tout en se coucher sur un thé blanc glacé. Au 4ème étage du bâtiment principal, il y a aussi une salle de thé où vous pouvez faire votre thé et vous laisser ensuite vous amuser en profitant des magnifiques vues du pont de vue. Le 2e jour, Jiao Jiao, le gestionnaire de l'hôtel, nous a emmenés au musée des ponts de la rivière Baling ainsi qu'au point de vue de la rivière Dishuitan Waterfall. L'hôtel sera spécial pour nous, car nous sommes engagés ici la première nuit, nous serons certainement de retour pour beaucoup de visites à l'avenir. Si vous trouvez vous-même à la recherche d'un endroit pour vous détendre et vous détendre, ne regardez pas plus loin! Réservez cet hôtel, vous ne regretterez pas! Nous avons reçu un service spectaculaire, des repas spectaculaires et une salle de restauration spectaculaire. Le concierge Alex nous a accueillis avec des sourires chaleures et nous a aidé à tout ce qu'il nous fallait. Si j'avais dû me rendre compte de toutes mes séjours dans les hôtels tout au long de ma vie, je dirais que Maison Albar est en haut. Si je pouvais vivre dans un hôtel pour le reste de ma vie, j'aurais choisi ce dernier. Nous avons été ici pour une occasion - une fête de anniversaire. Eric, le gestionnaire du restaurant veille à vous dire ce que vous mangez, à vous assurer que vous êtes confortable et à vous assurer que vous n'avez pas besoin car tout est rempli avant de demander quelque chose. La chambre elle-même est soigneusement propre, spacieuse et vous offre des équipements de haut niveau, des produits de congélation et de Maison Margiela qui vous laissent avec un parfum naturel. J'aime aussi les fruits, boissons et dîners d'après-midi qu'ils quittent dans votre chambre. Si vous vous sentez encore malade après tout cela, vous pouvez pénétrer dans leur cafetière française au sol, juste si vous vouliez une indulgence supplémentaire. Merci au personnel de Maison Albar pour nous faire sentir bienvenus, confortables et spéciales.

J'avais réservé une chambre sans me soucier de la chambre. Je savais seulement que ”le lit rond”. Qu'est-ce que je dois dire? C'était magnifique! Le lit était non seulement rond, mais aussi énorme et la chambre était plutôt un petit appartement avec une couche de cuisine, un grand canapé et une salle de bains confortable. La situation (directement à une station de métro de la ligne 2) était parfaite pour arriver rapidement dans les différents coins de Guiyang. Avec son propre petit ”supermarché” pour les achats rapides directement dans le bâtiment et un magasin directement dans le voisinage, rien n'est manquant ici. Donc, je n'ai rien à faire et je le recommande tout à fait 😊.

房間很新，雖然沒有電梯，但是老闆會幫忙提行李到樓上，老闆娘給煮了免費的楊梅湯讓我們徒步帶上。跟背包客驛站其實是一家，第二天還請老闆父親（就是背包客驛站的老闆）帶我們一行老老小小徒步8小時走完漏斗森林，一路發現了好多神奇動植物，變色龍、、蜥蜴、板藍根、變色草等等……老闆炒菜也好吃，土雞土鴨因為是現殺的建議提前定好，徒步回來就可以吃～
