Avis : Leonardo Hotel Exeter

The hotel was clean & tidy the bar staff were excellent I for got her name but was so nice & friendly she made our stay unforgettable and will definitely be back soon, our whole experience was excellent the breakfast was lovely

Room was small and felt a bit run down. Facilities are nice downstairs but struggle to see how this qualifies as a 4 star hotel

While the hotel and location was great, the staff at reception did not agree for late checkout even though it was requested much in advance at the time of booking. The reason was because the room was to be occupied by an international student after a long flight and subsequent weary travel from Heathrow reaching the hotel only after 9.30 pm We had called the hotel in advance and were told that it won't be an issue but the reception person was very adamant during check in Very disappointed that they didn't accommodate the request and said late checkout will be charged at 20 gbp per hour post 11 am :(

Really nice room. Comfy bed. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the hot selection but acceptable. Wouldn’t have paid full price for it though.

Great clean hotel, close to the town centre. Staff were all fab, really helpful and welcoming.

Room all good, clean and comfy bed. Asked for walk in shower and was given wet room which was ideal for my needs. Only negative was the price as graduation week pushed up prices.

Booked a Standard Double Room without breakfast. It’s possible that the room was fully booked but the property upgraded us to a Triple Room which was not an issue. However, the tv remote does require a full deep clean, as there appears to be build up of dirt.

Lovely clean room, friendly staff & fantastic food. Was meeting up with my cousin & his family, the staff went out of their way to help us keep a small boy occupied. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is ok. But no parking! Buffet can be improved for the brand name and price paid. Overall it’s ok.. but not so impressed
