Avis : Aparthotel Cracovia Residence

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour quatre personnes. La chambre est grande (45 m2) mais un peu froide en hiver. La chaleur n'est pas suffisante dans la chambre. Bon choix pour l'été ou lorsque la température n'est pas inférieure à 10 degrés.

Tout d'abord, nous avons réservé la suite qui ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos ! La chambre était spacieuse mais il n'y avait pas d'évier dans le coin cuisine et la brosse des toilettes était très sale. Bien que le quartier soit très calme, le problème est que l'hôtel laisse les lumières allumées TOUTE LA NUIT ! On peut à peine dormir, soi-disant c'est une mesure de sécurité, je ne pense pas que la construction de ces chambres combinée à la politique de sécurité ait du sens. Nous NE RECOMMANDONS PAS d'y aller !!

Mon amie a réservé cet « aporthotel » pour notre voyage de 5 jours en mai. Elle a réservé ce qui était décrit comme une « suite de luxe » avec deux chambres, un coin repas et une kitchenette. Nous sommes arrivés très tard le jeudi soir et sommes entrés dans notre chambre qui était une grande pièce avec un bureau avec une station de thé et de café dessus (décrit comme la kitchenette), une table à manger au milieu de la pièce, un canapé-lit à une extrémité et un lit double à l'autre extrémité, avec une salle de bain à partager pour nous quatre. Le canapé-lit n'avait qu'une seule couette simple, donc mon amie et son partenaire ont dû partager la literie qui ne suffisait que pour une personne pendant deux nuits car on nous a dit que le personnel n'avait pas accès au placard à linge - pendant deux jours ? Ils nous apportaient le petit-déjeuner à notre porte chaque matin. C'était décevant car c'était essentiellement un petit-déjeuner continental dans un sac. Il faisait froid et on ne nous a donné ni vaisselle ni couverts, donc nous n'avions rien pour manger et avons dû utiliser les cuillères de la station de thé et de café pour manger à l'extérieur et étaler les tartinades qu'ils nous fournissaient ! Cela signifiait qu'il y avait des miettes partout sur notre table et sur le sol car nous n'avions pas d'assiettes. De plus, nous n'avons pas eu de ménage une seule fois. On nous a dit que nous devions le demander, alors nous l'avons demandé le deuxième jour et ne l'avons pas reçu. Nous avons ensuite dû le demander À NOUVEAU le troisième jour et avons déclaré que nos serviettes étaient mouillées et sales et que nos poubelles étaient trop pleines. Ils sont ensuite venus ce jour-là et nous ont donné des serviettes propres et ont vidé les poubelles. Mais c'est tout ce que nous avons reçu et ils n'ont pas nettoyé du tout ni ne nous ont donné de literie propre. Enfin, la porte de notre chambre était dans le hall des appartements et il n'y avait pas de rideau, juste un autocollant flou sur la porte. Donc chaque fois que quelqu'un entrait dans le hall, la lumière du hall s'allumait automatiquement et brillait dans notre chambre à toute heure de la nuit ! La seule bonne chose à propos de la chambre était la climatisation car il faisait 20 degrés et plus lorsque nous y étions. L'emplacement est également bon. Je vous conseille de contacter l'hôtel si vous arrivez tard car nous avons rencontré un couple à l'extérieur des appartements un soir qui n'avait pas pris contact avec eux et n'avait aucune idée de comment accéder au bâtiment ou à leur chambre ! Je recommande vivement Cracovie elle-même, en plus de l'hôtel, nous avons passé un moment formidable dans la ville et j'y retournerais sans hésiter, mais je séjournerais ailleurs !

Our first holiday abroad as a couple was completely ruined by this awful hotel experience. When we arrived, we couldn’t even get into the building—there were no staff around, and no one answered our repeated phone calls, even though the sign on the door said the phone line was open 24/7. We were stuck outside for three hours until another couple, who were having the same issue, managed to reach the owners and had to contact them on our behalf as well. Once we finally got inside, things only got worse: the shower door fell off and we had to try and put it back on ourselves, half of the lights didn’t work, there was no duvet (only a cover), and we never saw any housekeeping for the entire stay. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.

Terrible experience. We nearly missed our flight home as we were locked out of the apartment before 10am. Dirty, no coffee, no breakfast, no towels, lights not working, nobody answers phone. Poland is gorgeous, but unfortunately, apartment hotels are common. AVOID!

Actually wasn’t that bad. If you just want a place to sleep & shower then its ideal. Bed was comfy and the location was really good, i enjoyed my stay. I did have to run to a salon down the road though because the hairdryer they supplied was broken. Also… the kettle didn’t work. But when we phoned they did say these things could be dropped off in the morning, but we were leaving early morning so wasn’t ideal. Check in was easy, phoned the number that was displayed by the front door and got given the code within couple of mins. This is not a hotel, dont expect a hotel stay. Also you are gives 2/3 different codes to each door, so always had to carry a charger port to make sure my phone always had charge, otherwise without the codes you had no way of getting in or contact the receptionist. I would stay again.

We are a couple from Ireland and we hadn't travelled without our kids for years. We wanted a city break before Christmas so we booked here as it was central. We arrived at 11am to drop the suitcase however as there is no reception area only a number on a door to call we tried this several times and no answer. We had to walk around the city from 11am-4pm with all our luggage. We then returned at 4.10 to check in, at this time another couple were standing in the courtyard trying to get in also. They had been trying to call the number on the door but it wasn't ringing. We also tried numerous times. It was about 4.45 and 3 male cleaners kept passing the door but not letting us inside and then finally allowed us to wait inside about 5pm, they said to call the number which we had obviously been doing. Then another couple came and another. One couple then WhatsApp the number and got an answer to send on pictures of passport and was then issued with a code to open her bedroom door. We all did the same but still waited until about 5.20 to get into our room. When we checked in we could not believe how dirty the room was. My husband had to use the bathroom and was horrified by the dirt of the bathroom. There was hairs all over the toilet and sink. And dirt on the floor. The towels were also dirty and unchanged. Then I went to sit on the chair and I almost fell asleep the leg was almost off. Onto the bed then and I could not believe when I lifted the duvet. The sheets were dirty with feces on them and you could clearly see these sheets not were not changed from the previous guests. We then looked up and seen all the cobwebs and dust, I have asthma so could no way stay in this room. I called Love holidays immediately. The agent there put me on hold to talk to the owners and the came back up us to say they can not move us as they were full. They said they would send up the 3 boys to clean the room again. This was not going to work as I am an asthmatic and the dust would be everywhere. They would not refund me anything, I started looking online for alternative accomodation and we left. So we ended up paying for two accomodations for two nights. After return I emailed love holidays again and received a refund of 10% which was just €11.20. You should never stay here, it is so filthy and unsafe.

Just returned from my trip and there are a few things you should know when booking a stay here. There is no reception or staff on site everything is done through WhatsApp chat , there are some phone numbers on the front door neither of them would work the one which worked was one off Google. The signal is poor which Dosent help either as it takes ages for the messages to send. It took us 1 hour and a half to get into the room the lady on the phone was rude & gave us the wrong code to our room and we had to wait for the system to re-set. There were other people in the building that had all the same issues as this. Finally once we was in the room it was clean to a certain level the bedside table was covered in dust , the big shower head didn’t work and there was someone else’s rubbish left in the bathroom and the hair dryer didn’t work either. The kitchen area is shared it is not in your room and there was no microwave either. Overall I wouldn’t stop here again it was not well organised and the check in system was a joke not what you want after a day of travelling at 11pm at night.
