C'était un séjour très agréable, surtout grâce au personnel. À mon arrivée, la réceptionniste 小李, une fille super gentille, nous a gentiment présenté les installations, nous a donné des bons pour des glaces et nous a suggéré des endroits à visiter. Elle a été très attentionnée tout au long de notre séjour, a répondu rapidement à nos questions et a réglé les choses pour nous. Les autres membres du personnel sont également très attentionnés, on nous a offert du thé et du lait chaud en attendant dans le hall. L'hôtel est également très bien situé, à pied de Chunxi Lu, à proximité de la rue des restaurants et de la gare. Je le recommanderai certainement à mes amis.

L'hôtel est proche de la station de métro, très pratique. Il y avait un problème avec la climatisation dans la chambre. Il faisait très chaud même quand il était allumé à fond. Demander à la réception de l'ajuster n'a pas beaucoup aidé. Même après avoir retiré le ventilateur, il faisait encore très chaud. J'ai trouvé le réceptionniste Xiao Luo, qui était très bon en matière de service. Il a immédiatement suivi le problème et a demandé à un ingénieur de le réparer pendant que nous étions absents pendant la journée. Quand nous sommes retournés à la chambre d'hôtel dans l'après-midi, elle avait été réparée et il faisait très frais. Super. Il y a des petits magasins d'alimentation et des centres commerciaux à proximité de l'hôtel, mais pas de grands centres commerciaux ou de supermarchés, ce qui n'est pas très pratique pour nous qui ne mangeons pas de nourriture épicée.

C'est un hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix et qui dispose de presque tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'emplacement et le petit-déjeuner étaient excellents, mais le fait que j'ai dû changer d'hôtel au 2ème étage, que j'ai dû me rendre à la réception tous les jours pour demander un bon de petit-déjeuner même si j'avais fait une réservation qui incluait le petit-déjeuner à l'avance, et que le signal de télévision était faible, ce qui rendait le visionnage difficile soudainement, étaient quelques-uns des inconvénients. Veuillez noter que la température du réfrigérateur dans la pièce est au-delà de tiède et qu'il n'y a pas de fonction congélateur.

Très bien, car quelque chose a retardé le check-out, le service était très attentionné, et ils ont fourni des masques et des lingettes désinfectantes, et même apporté des packs de glace pour les entorses aux chevilles. Le service est vraiment bon. Il y a des marches à la porte. J'ai vu que j'avais pris une boîte pour m'aider à transporter mes bagages, mais cela me rassure d'avoir quelque chose à faire. je ne dérange pas les autres car je sors souvent, donc tout le monde se sent à l'aise. Après l'enregistrement, je me suis senti très satisfait de la chambre. Elle contenait tous les éléments nécessaires et était propre et bien rangée. Récemment, j'ai l'impression que la vie est simple et facile à vivre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très important. Après tout, la commodité lorsque vous voyagez est le premier choix. Les métros et les bus environnants sont pratiques et de nombreux endroits sont accessibles à pied. Vous pouvez faire de l'exercice et découvrir la culture de la ville. D'une pierre deux coups ! Le jour du départ, je suis allé à la base Panda et j'ai fait la queue pour voir les fleurs. Soudain, je me suis rappelé qu'il était déjà une heure. J'ai rapidement appelé la réception pour m'excuser. La réception m'a très gentiment répondu que je ne devais pas être pressé. Je pouvais partir avant 14 heures. Oui, il m'a dit d'arrêter de pleuvoir immédiatement, de faire attention à la sécurité, etc. J'ai été vraiment touché. Bref, ce séjour m'a mis de particulièrement bonne humeur, qui va durer plusieurs jours.

Il n'y a aucun problème avec l'emplacement. Il est très pratique de marcher jusqu'à Taikoo Li sur Chunxi Road. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants en bas. La vue nocturne est magnifique et la vue est large. L'hôtel est positionné comme un hôtel de charme et ne devrait pas être un hôtel de luxe, mais pendant la période du 1er mai, le prix est celui d'un hôtel de luxe. Il n'y a pas de machine à café mais il y a du café suspendu. Les équipements de la chambre sont bons, le lit est très confortable, l'éclairage est adapté et le climatiseur est légèrement bruyant. Le lit est très grand et les chambres lits jumeaux mesurent toutes plus de 1,4 mètre de haut, ce qui les rend très adaptées pour accueillir des enfants. Problèmes : 1. À la fin du petit-déjeuner, il n'y avait pas assez de nourriture supplémentaire. De plus, le serveur ne prenait pas l'initiative de demander du café ou autre. La vaisselle était en libre-service, ce qui semblait relativement milieu de gamme. . 2. Le personnel de service à l'entrée et dans le couloir n'a pas pris l'initiative de dire bonjour. 3. Brosse à dents, perte de cheveux.

Sitting quietly in one of the many beautiful tea houses scattered throughout the courtyard or nestled against the mountain backdrop, you can’t help but feel a deep sense of calm as nature engages all your senses. It’s truly therapeutic for the soul. For those seeking a more hands-on experience, the guesthouse offers a variety of activities that are sure to delight, especially families with children. Whether it’s fishing in a tranquil stream or exploring the forest at night in search of glowworms, there’s something special for everyone. Normally, I tend to avoid hotels popular with families. But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity. Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable. Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest. I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

We were looking for the entrance and was there it was second floor and we had 4 heavy luggages 2 large and 2 small. we didn't know there are 2 ways to get to the homestay 1.climb the ladder and 3 .elevator behind . anyway ,we climbed the stairs🤭 Once we reach the Aunty was there she was smiling and not a lot of Thai stayed here . The homestay has no elevator inside so you need to climb the ladder to your room which might be on second floor . I was about to carry my heavy luggages one by one but Aunty suddenly took the heavy luggage for me and I told here no it is too heavy for lady but she insisted and carried it to the front door of my room. she is so hospitable .She don't need to carry my bag it is too heavy for lady! I was at the same time ashamed and also impressed with how much she wanted to help. I was grateful for that .Upone entering the room .It was cozy ,cute and we have a balcony which we used to have breakfast with view of the old town . I really like this place . Moreover, I was super impressed with the room facilities. It is my first time in my life to see a homestay or hotel using CELLULOSE DISPOSABLE TOWEL . WHY I CARED SO MUCH ABOUT IT? She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose. 6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out. 7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron. 8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes. 9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

This hotel or courtyard stay is affiliated to Wyndham Garden along Wenjun Street i.e. big square with various shops for shopping (sports attire brands, yinshion, Miniso), dining and decors perfect for social media posting. Dining options include McD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Chagee, Naixue, Heytea, Mixue and local brand dining or beverage operators. Outside the square/Wyndham Garden there are Lawson, Family Mart, 7 eleven and local Hongqiao marts(prices lower). Local mini restaurants selling Sichuan food, noodles, dumplings, snacks are also available outside the square/garden, opposite AllAboutLove bakery and Naixue outlet. Qionglai city is closely associated with a historical female poet called Zhuo Wenjun. Her residence and Wenjun well built during Han Dynasty is located 10-15 mins walk from Wyndham Garden. Look for Bank of China branch and walk across the street to reach China Construction Bank branch Then walk straight down until you see a public toilet on your right and cross the street. Walk until you see an open space carpark and go in the carpark you will find Wenjun Residence on your left, entry is free. You may book a car to Qionglai city from Tianfu airport but be prepared to pay RMB400+ equivalent using trip app. Going back to Chengdu city by car is about RMB200. Standby with some cash if you encounter QR code scan problem. My travelling plans to nearby attractions was fulfilled despite unfavourable weather, drizzling 2 days non stop. I would recommend for atleast 2 night stays to enjoy 1 day outskirt trip + 1 day chill in the room and enjoy backyard outdoor onsen to relax. Breakfast buffet include western (cereal/salad/eggs/sausages/ham/fries/bread), dimsum, soup, cakoi and soya bean, 3x types of porridges and condiments, local breakfast ( starter or salad, fried rice, meat and vegetable dishes), deserts, local fruits and cut fruits. Hotel staff can also help to order takeouts for you.
