Hôtels Familiaux à Nanning

Très satisfait, je suis allé avec les enfants des parents. Pour les chambres doubles réservées aux parents, je suis allé avec la sœur de la réception pour dire si vous pouvez organiser les deux chambres ensemble. Pour faciliter la prise en charge des enfants des parents, la sœur de la dame a mis directement la chambre des parents dans une chambre familiale, juste à côté de nous, très agréable

L'expérience de cette séjour est très bonne! Il y aura des personnes qui viendront aider à transporter leurs bagages lors de leur séjour. Le service de la réception est très disponible, en particulier la soeur de Mlle Sheqi ～～～, répondant avec soin à mes questions et réglé le problème en temps utile. La chambre est finement conçue et soignée et les lits sont doux et doux. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement bon 😋 riche en variétés, la cuisine chinoise-ouest est complète, la poudre de riz de Berlin est vraiment trop étonnante. Il n'y a pas de choix entre les installations et le service. C'est absolument le moteur de l'hôtel de cinq étoiles, je vais le choisir la prochaine fois!

Really nice hotel with really clean and confort room. Well located few meters to the metro. The desk service was excellent even if I don’t speak Chinese. the ladies was really nice and help me to organize my stay . A special thank you to Wei Jiaxin who gave me a warm welcome and also help me to have a Chinese number. Highly recommend that place event for solo and foreigner traveler !

Good hotel, very clean, friendly receptionist. Daily housekeeping service is very good. Convenient location. Near the hotel there is a supermarket, very easy to buy things.

The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. It was clear they were doing everything they could, and way more than they needed to, to make us feel welcome. This included gifts and handwritten notes in English! We will definitely stay at this beautiful resort again.

The hotel location is simply superb, near metro station and surrounded by plenty of food and amenities shops. The hotel is brand new, neat and clean. The breakfast was good. Some of the staffs were friendly and helpful. Others not. Perhaps the hotel management should engage professional help to look into this matter and conduct some form of training for the staffs. Equally important, some form of orientation be conducted for all new recruits. Overall the hotel is highly recommended.

別墅區的民宿，環境很好，依山傍水，可以釣魚，白天能看到蜻蜓蝴蝶小鳥四腳蛇，有大草坪，有設計大氣的新農村建築博物館，還有適合小朋友的手工活動，住的就更不用說了，我們這次住的是奕居2頂樓，空間大，兩米大床還有個大沙發，趟兩大兩小完全沒問題，兩個陽台，設備都很新，好用，工作人員們的態度都很好，早餐和晚安甜品送到房間，有求必應，贊一個

This trip is a bit rush, therefore we hv not much time to make use of the facilities. I've tried the oil massage at the 77th floor Spa, the massage was only average with the amount they are charging. Will not visit the Spa again. We have no chance to have meals at the hotel restaurants but we surely hope to try out the hotel complimentary breakfast which was offered free to the hotel guests at a different period after my bookings. Not to forget, all the staffs at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient with the guests. It was a nice stay.

Let me start by saying I checked in for 1 night and after breakfast decided to stay for a further 3 nights! From the moment you enter the amazing foyer you get the sense this hotel is going to impress and it does. The rooms while not enormous (I stayed in a king river view room) are really spacious and the bathroom is excellent including both a tub and powerful shower. I had a really deep and relaxing sleep and woke refreshed. The room lighting is even really soothing as is the colour scheme. The view from the balcony is beautiful looking over the lush gardens onto the river and hills in the distance. And then there was breakfast- a huge range of western and local foods in the salubrious dining room reminded me of when a hotel stay was almost an event (before a lifetime of traveling made them just a necessity). I can’t wait to try out the pools over the coming days and I’m sure the remaining nights will be as restful as the first. Highly recommended.

酒店的環境很美，建築設計也非常的別具一格，讓人感到心曠神怡。酒店的工作人員的服務也非常的周到，我們的要求都能得到及時的滿足，可以稱之為絲滑的服務，給我們留下了非常好的印象。酒店的房間都非常注重保護客人私隱，住的很舒服很安心，很值得推薦。 我和我的朋友在酒店度過了一個非常愉快的週末！很慶幸這次選擇的是康鉑酒店，酒店位置比較好，出行很方便。出門就有公交站，步行幾百米就有地鐵酒店的工作團隊服務意識都挺高的，熱情周到。第二天去用餐早餐的品種也讓我眼前一亮，非常豐盛。感受的絕對是超出價格的服務，超五星的水準。非常期待下次的入住。在其他APP裏對比了好幾家酒店，對於該酒店的評價褒貶不一，我可能是一個“犟種”就非要來一探究竟。從酒店門口開門再到前台辦理入住、客房人員的服務都非常的滿意。酒店的裝修佈局、設施設備、早餐的品質品種都很不錯。對於我來説是一個出乎意料的體驗了！
