Phoenix Wenli Homestay is a quadrangle-style building. It is located in the Shawan community on the bank of the Tuojiang River in the ancient city of Phoenix. Perfect Location, 20m from the main action, not hearing the noisy pubs, rooms are clean. The managers or owners are very helpful.

Very friendly & helpful host, arrangement of pick up & send off service was smooth & well communicated. The host & assistant even walked to the main road to help us with our luggage, not only arriving but also leaving the hotel.
Overall the hotel is very clean & modernly renovated. Very close to the red bridge yet can have a very quiet & undisturbed sleep. Strongly recommend this hotel if foreigners are visiting FHGC.

古鎮裏不能停車，和老闆聯繫後會在固定的停車場接送，然後步行距離幾十米，非常方便。酒店位置非常好，離河邊很近但不在街面上，不吵。房間衞生和環境算是古鎮裏非常乾淨衞生的。老闆很熱心，我們手機落停車場了，還給送了一趟。不僅免費升級了房型，還有免費的夜宵早餐。總的來説，性價比極高，下次再來鳳凰還會訂，也會推薦給朋友。

店家服務特別好，高鐵接送，車到城門口幫忙拿行李，走的時候幫忙叫車，還幫忙推行李，到店後給了粽子和水果，提示説可以吃早餐和夜宵，夜宵的酒釀丸子好好吃😋，房間乾淨整潔，住起來很安心，特別喜歡他們家的天台，風景很好，還有兩個躺椅，很舒適，躺着看風景悠然自得，很推薦！去鳳凰就選他們家！請看生圖！

因為在張家界走了四天，累死了！才選擇了這家可以接送的民宿，果然沒有讓我失望！！！入住當天上午，民宿管家小凌就聯繫我們，幫我們預約了他們老闆自己的車接我們（古城打車特別難），下高鐵就上車到民宿，管家拿行李，有歡迎水果，並且還送了免費夜宵，超級好吃。我們愛打麻將，還免費給我們麻將房打了一晚麻將，謝謝老闆了。設施齊全，環境優雅，四樓風景絕了！老闆，記住我們的下次約定哈[抱拳][抱拳]

這次湖南之行，最讓我滿意的就是文裏苑民宿，管家提前聯繫，幫我們發停車場位置，車停好有車送到民宿（民宿在古城核心區不通車），到路邊管家就來接了，到店有水果，還幫升級了房間，給我拿行李到房間，這服務態度超級棒！環境很好，離江邊10米，鬧中取靜的位置，設施設備都很新，很好用，也智能化。房間也乾淨。晚上還有夜宵吃（酒釀圓子和混沌），很貼心！主要還有免費的民族服裝可以穿，總之，比我之前住的酒店好太多太多了，會推薦朋友來入住的，謝謝管家，謝謝老闆！

因為文裏苑民宿，我們又選擇在鳳凰古城多待一天。民宿的位置很棒，在中游核心區，離虹橋一百米的位置，不臨江，所以即使實在鬧市區也不吵。入住當天早上，民宿就和我取得聯繫，幫我在老闆那兒約了車，接到民宿，有人路邊接，全程都是有人幫拿行李的，很耐心。管家小凌性格很好。因為是新裝修，所以設施很新，很好。環境也很優美，四樓露台拍夜景絕佳。歡迎水果、免費夜宵……這些就是我選擇多待一天的原因，老闆生意興隆，下次再來！

民宿新開業，所有東西都很新。不得不説的是他們家的服務，超級棒！高鐵站免費接送到民宿，有管家到路邊接。正值淡季，老闆升級了麻將房，超級好。晚上有免費的夜宵吃，味道超好！環境也不錯，四樓的露台是絕唱！下次過來一定會住這裏的！友友們，沖沖沖！！！
