Very convenient location and beautiful room, the staff did their best to accommodate us after there was a mistake in the booking system.

The hotel is nice, good location, my room was same at the pictures, looked good, good shower, good bed and good value for price, I recommend. Then only thing I didn’t like was the service given by the people who manage the hotel. I asked them to help me to plan how to get to the train station and the o my thing they was saying that I had to go to the street and wait for a taxi, no more information and any help being in mind that we are in China and for a foreign it’s hard to even take a bus or a taxi. In other hotels in China they helped me a lot, not this case, they should improve their customer care service and smile a little bit more.

Good room and close to center of tourist area

Goed hotel. Schoon en op een hele goede locatie. Heel dichtbij het centrum van de oude stad, maar wel ij een rustig straatje waardoor ik goed heb kunnen slapen. Daarnaast ook een heerlijk zacht bed! Het beste bed wat ik tijdens mijn reis in China heb gehad. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens verblijven, mocht ik nog eens terugkomen.

離虹橋景點很近，去高鐵站的公交車也在附近，因為客人少，就沒有開中央空調，我相信天氣再冷下去的話，一定會開的，前台服務很好，這段時間是淡季，性價比很高。

Номер уютный, кондиционер греет хорошо. В 300 метрах от гостиницы паркуются автобусы за 7 юаней, которыми можно уехать на вокзал, поэтому такси не нужно. Пребывание было хорошим, но есть нюансы: душ маленький и совмещен с туалетом. И чтобы помыться, надо выносить все вещи, полотенца и туалетную бумагу, иначе они будут мокрыми.

環境：住在民宿的頂樓四樓，安靜自在。驚喜的還有一個露天陽台，可以喝喝咖啡+曬衣服。 服務：每天小妹妹都會等到我們晚起來之後打掃衞生，很負責。老闆也很熱情，各種介紹景點哪種比較划算。 設施：洗澡的熱水器有待改善，澡洗一半水涼了。需要等水開後再洗一遍。

到得比較早，提前入住了，放下行李步行到虹橋，也就一到兩分鐘 親子房有兩個大床，其中一個是榻榻米，不用擔心娃會掉床下去，我可以踏踏實實地睡覺啦！

房子裝修很有民族風格，古色古香的味道。交通方便，離虹橋江邊挺近的。晚上住着很安靜。下次到鳳凰的話還會住這兒。

鳳凰古城來了好幾次，這一次住的很舒服，民宿在古城虹橋附近裏面，很安靜，前台很熱情，給我們介紹古城遊玩路線。

房間與圖片符合，位置也很好找。按照老闆提供的路線，從高鐵站出來接駁車一號線到終點站下車，再步行4、5分鐘就到，導航很準。 因為行程有變，聯繫老闆做了調整，非常感謝！入住第一天正好是母親節，給兩位媽媽訂了花，老闆也幫忙簽收轉交，服務贊。 性價比高，值得推薦。

房屋舒適，衞生乾淨，服務熱情，前台小哥還幫助我們提行李找地方停車。
