Aqua Serenity Luxury Suites - Adults Only

Where do I start?! First of all there is no reception so we sent a email to arrange for our arrival with a few questions as well...no response. We came to the hotel obviously no one was here, so we had to call the reception to get our key, for the lady to come it took about an hour, she had to prepare the room cause it wasn't cleaned and ready. And this is what the luxury is: a shoe box, a rusty bed and a bathroom the size of my pocket. No need to say we didn't stay there. We had someone one the phone saying there are some photos of the room so we can't complain. Of the 115 photos on *******, there is only one photo of the room and it's of the window. False advertising at its best! The manager didn't even have the decency to speak to us. Worth experience ever. Was a rip off ! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Me and my boyfriend visited Aqua Serenity as our first holiday together, and were booked into ‘Room C’. Regrettably, we were disappointed upon arrival when we were informed that our room did not have a jacuzzi included and realised how small-scaled our room was. Our room had no storage space, other than a rail with four coat hangers, which meant we had to live out our suitcases for the duration of stay. The room listed online that we would have an iron but this was not provided when we arrived. The space felt very small, with small ceilings and felt very basic. There were plenty of restaurants around the apar**ent and it was just a short stay away from Oia main town (around 15-20 minute walk). Due to the lack of space and no jacuzzi, we ended up going to another hotel near by a few days of our stay who were very kind and accommodating and could not recommend it enough (Secret View Hotel). I would advise if you are going to do any boats / catamarans, to book in advance as they seem to be more expensive when you’re out there. Overall, we both felt our stay was pretty average and unless you have a jacuzzi and a bigger room, I do not feel this is worth the price point.

The room was quirky, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaner Rania was amazing, she was very attentive. She gave us all the information we needed for our stay, she couldn't do enough for us. She was polite, friendly, pleasant and always had a smile. Lovely lady.

Our lovely and bubbly host Rania made our stay at the Serenity Suites absolutely wonderful. Our trip wouldn't be the same without her. She has assisted us in reserving restaurants and excursions and is always prompt and responsive to our needs. She even came with us when we made the reservations for these excursions. She showed us love and care the entire time, making it seem like we had never left home. Lots of love from Carla and Liyah (we stayed in the Aura suite)

The apar**ent is were your staying its so hot when i stayed being near air con was what we needed having a jucuzi and sun beds to lay on i will say even tho there isnt a big pool there is one they let you use called secret veiw we bought food and stayed there all day i didnt kno that in greece u cant flush loo roll now uno if you didnt the lady who was the best cleaner and made my birthday very special with cake balloons and wine she really didnt have too but she wanted too and was the kindest do remember u cant drink tap water so u wil be buying bottles of water alot when u book make sure what your paying for some rooms dont have a fridge or kettle depending on the rooms i had to have a cup tea whilst i was there there is a resturaunt called meze meze its really nice and close to the serenity if u dont want to walk far and there is a 20 minute walk to the market and more food places i would suggest u get a quad if you drive to get to places really good experince also strogeli is best place to eat to get best sun set veiw for pictures also there is a travel agency called sunbird u do it all online but its cheaper then all the others there may a few stop offs but stil going to get there for cheaper 25 euros for normal one defo recommended everything i am writing is from experinace as i just just been there for my honey moon and it was amazing the lady is a beaut and i will miss her she wil do anything for you.

Very clean and looked after lovely staff very nice would highly recommend , Grainne the cleaning lady was very nice !! She went out of her way to make my birthday a special one here in Oia santoirni, go through her for all your booking needs !!!!

Situato nel delizioso paesino di Finikia, questa struttura non ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative. Innanzitutto abbiamo avuto difficoltà nei contatti..l'unica modalità è stata tramite mail, e non ci è mai stato fornito il contatto della Sig.ra Olena che è colei che si occupa di accogliere gli ospiti, non esistendo una reception. Noi avevamo la junior suite per due persone.. davvero piccola, la stanza da letto interrata (la struttura tipica delle Cave di Santorini prevede che alcuni ambienti siano scavati nella roccia) era piuttosto claustrofobica e incanalava tutti gli odori, soprattutto fumo di sigaretta, provenienti dal cortile. Letto piuttosto duro. Unico altro locale il piccolo bagno con apertura sulla porta di ingresso e su quello che viene definito "angolo cottura", che di "cottura" non ha proprio nulla visto che c'è solo un lavandino e un frigorifero. La stanza affaccia su di un cortiletto comune alle altre stanze.. privacy zero, in più si è costretti ad essere veramente a stretto contatto con i vicini che non sempre, come purtroppo è successo a noi, sono rispettosi degli altri (alle 6 del mattino ****** nel cortile 🤦🏽‍♀️). Passiamo al lato "Luxury"..come anticipato è inesistente..ci sono tre vasche idromassaggio, di cui due, assegnate alle suite con occupazione dalle 3 alle 5 persone, sono poste in posizione rialzata e godono di un vaghissimo scorcio di panorama, la terza vasca è condivisa fra le altre stanze e si trova nel cortile di entrata, senza alcuna vista, all'ombra per la gran parte della giornata e senza alcuna privacy. Questa recensione è per precisare che la descrizione della struttura non corrisponde del tutto al vero, è decisamente "pompata".. quindi se decidete di trascorrere qui le vostre vacanze sappiate che le stanze sono nuove e pulite, che la responsabile della struttura è gentile e disponibile, ma che di lusso, privacy e comodità vera qui non ce n'è.
