Hotel Corallo

Hi, don’t give me wrong, it’s not a bad hotel! Low score is not towards the hotel but to the FCO. I got a late arrival flight, and were mind set for a rip off taxi. Yet, I was in lieu but all of sudden told that I need to go to the other side to take a taxi, by the ground transportation control personnel. Yap, I obeyed and went there, and took a taxi. There we go! The start of the scam. 85 euro, I took that, no problem, since it was 1:00 AM, and I do respect people work that shift. I can see the scanner to charge on CC, but I was told I have to pay cash, which is also ok. I am not ready for that much cash, and we went to an ATM, and it didn’t work ofc since it’s an international transaction. So, I was asked for $150 for the total. Wait a minute, $150 = €85? I am at least an elementary graduate man, and I do know the math. After all the mouthwatering drying process, I was off the hook, by telling I don’t mind to be offloaded and got police attended. Finally, I checked in the hotel 2:00 AM or so and by then I started the good time. Nice front desk, and more than expected room space. The location is not really good, but the scenery is perfect. The breakfast is a good start, and once I decided I will go to Rome by public transportation, I do find the option. That’s the story: no complain to the hotel, but not feeling so well with FCO. Overall, do money change as more than you thought before you are in Rome.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The gardens were beautiful but it was a shame the pool was bright green with algae! Maybe they only filter it in season. The hotel itself was very clean and bright and our room was spacious with a huge bed. The water for the shower was only luke warm though. The restaurant was a little odd, no menu until about an hour before they served at 8pm as the chef decided what he was doing on the day. Only about 4 choices. A choice of red or white wine. All a bit rustic but we quite liked it. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. £10 for a litre of red wine and it was perfectly drinkable! We picked this hotel because we had an extra day in Rome after our cruise and it was near the airport and had a pool. Turned out it was near the wrong airport as we flew into Ciampino 🤦‍♀️ and the pool not usable. Never mind we still enjoyed our stay

Due settimane per lavoro in questa zona d’Italia. Anche se la struttura ha qualche anno, praticamente, sono stato servito e riverito. Staff gentilissimo e competente. Incantevole il giardino con piscina annessa. Il ristorante presso l’hotel è, a dir poco, eccellente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Hotel fantastico!! io e la mia famiglia siamo stati molto bene in questo albergo. La gentilezza del personale, la piscina, la colazione sono i plus di questo hotel. E in piú di fronte al mare! Consiglio a tutti di andarci

Camera molto grande comoda e pulita Due balconi ampi e bagnetto molto piccolo Piscinetta senza assistenza o bar Personale inesistente Colazione scarsa buoni i dolci ma uova e bacon immangiabili Anche qui servizio zero

Siamo tornati in questo hotel dopo 3 anni.... la gentilezza e professionalità è di casa.... la struttura è anche migliorato..... la camera molto spaziosa,pulita e una bella vista mare che non guasta.... colazione abbondante e variegata..

Siamo Stati una notte in questo albergo e posso dire che di positivo c'è senz'altro la posizione e la pulizia. Le stanze sono sufficienti ma il bagno mi ha riportato indietro a quando ero bambina negli anni 70. Andrebbero sicuramente rimodernati. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non lo trovo equilibrato, sicuramente troppo caro per quello che offre. Peccato perché avrebbe buone potenzialità
