This small sweet oasis is the definition of "going above and beyond" when it comes to customer service. From the excellent communication prior to our arrival to the personal and warm welcome, we felt extremely well taken care of. The owners are thoughtful and generous and made our stay of only one day feel like a week's vacation! We cannot say enough about the cleanliness, amenities, convenient location to FCH, and comfort of the room and bed. Plus, stroll into town and eat fantastic fresh seafood and see the one spot where the Tiber meets the sea.

This is a completely hidden gem in the outskirts of Rome. All airport hotels were booked, and I found an open room here. What a fortuitous find! Not only was it completely charming, it was perfectly located and the hosts, Roberta and Armondo are completely wonderful! Kind, informative, efficient, and helpful. Really incredible with all the travelers they get, they treat you like you are the first and most important clients they've had!! The room was beautiful and lacked for nothing. They thought of every little extra, like charging stations, and snacks and even an adorable handmade notepad. Immaculately clean, and very very comfortable. I actually look forward to staying here again and exploring Fiumicino more. It became a vacation within a vacation:) Thank you Roberta and Armando!!!

This was a last minute booking, and we were so pleased. The owner couple were extremely pleasant upon our arrival. The room was well sized and perfectly clean. We had to leave before breakfast, but we given a great “to go” bag to eat at airport!

Can't fault the place even if I tried! Everything was perfect, from the host, to the rooms, to the available complimentary refreshment, good variety of choices for breakfast and of course cleanliness. I'll definitely stay here again. It is 40 minutes taxi ride away from the Centre and few minutes taxi ride to the airport. Taxi price vary between £ 55 - £ 80 to central Rome. Taxi to airport was £25

The hosts are the kindest and most attentive couple you would ever want to meet. They are so responsive and just delightful. I felt like family. The location is perfect for walking to the pier and great restaurants.

We had just flown in from Vancouver BC, utterly bedraggled and Roberta and Hermando welcomed us like we were long lost family. The place was spotlessly clean and our room was pretty big, with everything we could need. We also got a great breakfast the next morning too! After we settled in, we needed to eat and they sent off us off in the right direction with very specific instructions and voila, our first great meal in Italy for this trip. We'd happily go back there again.

Thus was our second stay here. The first was 6 years ago. The location is 10 minutes drive to the Rome Airport and 15 minutes to the amazing, little know historic site the Ostia Antica. Short walk to restaurants. Free parking. Excellent breakfast. Above all the owners are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. If you have a rental car and are leaving Italy the next day, this is an ideal overnight stop. Get there early, drive to see the Ostia Antica, then walk to one of many nearby restaurants and end your stay in Italy properly. So much better than a last night stuck in the Airport Hilton!

What an outstanding place. The rooms, large and clean. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.. it is only a few minutes from the airport and a 5 min walk from Fuimicino town centre where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, especially good if you like seafood. Great value for money, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We were greeted before we even got to the door by our hosts, Armondo and Roberta. They treated us like long lost family, made check in a breeze and brought us to clean, comfortable rooms with lots of charm. They even provided snacks in the ‘fridge. Our flight was so early we missed breakfast so they packed us each a bag to bring on the flight. They arranged for transpiration and Armondo even got up to see us off at 4 am. Please patronize these wonderful people! Such a delightful end to our trip and started off our day on an amazing note!
