Boston hotel is very clean and modern. Love the big shower and the breakfast is the best so far on this trip. The only setback is my daughters room. It’s extremely dark and located near the front door. I wish they could have changed her room but stated they are fully booked. We are a family of 6 with 3 rooms located on 1 on each floor.

Amazing service — clean rooms — good breakfast — only a few blocks from the train station/tram stop and also the bus depot where many of the tours depart. Only 8-10 blocks from the Accademia where the David statue is. The staff at this hotel was EXTREMELY HELPFUL when my daughter left her phone in our cab. They called the cab company, located the phone, and asked the cab driver to bring the phone back to the hotel. We had a bag delayed and the hotel helped Me call the baggage delivery service to get my bag delivered early am so I could make my train to Venice. They were absolutely amazing, welcoming, and accommodating. I’m a world traveler and William and the two brothers who manage this hotel are the kindest and most appreciative hotel staff that I’ve ever met. There is a shop across the street for electronic converters, headphone adapters, toiletries, tape, etc. there are cafes and restaurants in the area. Street vendors are only 2 blocks away. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

I stayed 4 nights at this lovely small hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. It is spotlessly clean and unfailingly friendly and welcoming. It's close to the Duomo and the San Lorenzo Market and restaurants or bakeries seem to be in every third doorway in this area. Can't say enough about the modern comforts in this lovely classic Florence hotel. The breakfast was very good with as many cappuccinoes as you want, and extra special to this hotel is a courtyard to enjoy. Americans may find the rooms a bit "cozy," but this is Europe! And it's very reasonable.

The staff at the Boston Hotel was superb. They were attentive, helpful and friendly, which really added to our trip. They told us about the neighborhood and helped us navigate to different sights. Plus, our room was comfortable and inviting. And the breakfast buffet was outstanding, everything you could want to fuel a full day of exploring Florence.

Nice and pleasant family hotel close to everything. I have found this on the internet and booked directly at the hotel site. The price was completely acceptable and good price for the value. The hotel is 10-15 min walk to all the main tourist attractions. There are many good restaurants in the surrounding area. This is one of those very rare hotels where you get exactly what is promised on their website. The room was very clean and cleaned thoroughly every day. We could check-in a bit earlier (we came by bus as our flight was canceled, and were really tired after 14 hours traveling). The breakfast was delicious and wide variety, maybe some vegetables would be good to have more salty options for Europeans. I have missed only one thing, a socket in the bathroom, as I usually iron my hair and the socket connected to the hair dryer is for shavers only, so I could use the socket outside without mirror. It is a small thing, but I wanted to mention it. Despite of this I would be happy to come back, and recommend it, as it is a very nice hotel with polite and friendly stuff.

Hotel Boston is a tiny and lovely hotel. Its location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions, railway station and restaurants. Prices are reasonable. Most important, there is very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are perfectly clean, with quite good internet connection. We had very nice time in this hotel. Thanks to all team, both day shift and night shift.

This hotel is beautiful. Nicely renovated and clean. Front desk staff are wonderful. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was tiny & leaked at the base. Breakfast was nice every morning but would have loved toast.
