Made a second visit to this lovely hotel. Great location, accommodating staff and lovely room. Even though the hotel overlooks one of the main streets, it is quiet inside and very secure. What more do you need? Breakfast is available at a sister hotel a short walk away and a nice way to start the day.

We arrived around the check-in time and were able to get into our room right away. Reception area was hot, but room was cooled well. The room was cute with antique purple theme. The window opened right onto the street of the Duomo. I loved having the window open to hear the bells, but when closed it was also very quiet. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The antique decor gave the historic feel of being in Florence. There was a mini fridge with a couple of waters inside. Shower was a little small and door coming off the track. Couldn't get the safe to work, so I didn't use it. There was also a Nespresso machine in the common area and some small snacks. There was also an elevator. Price was very reasonable for the location.

Short trip to Florence. Good room. Good breakfast. Excellent location to reach the city. We were just two of us. Room is clean and has all necessary things. We did right by choosing this place. Thank you.

For a family looking for spacious and luxurious accommodation in the heart of Florence’s historic area, this apartment is hard to beat. The construction, finish, and furnishing are top class quality — beautiful high ceilings and windows, a kitchen counter equipped with stylish and modern equipment, marble bathrooms with rock-solid construction, three-zone central air conditioning, and the whole thing was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Want to make yourself a cup of coffee in the morning without leaving the apartment? No problem. You have not one, not two, but three choices: a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee machine, and the traditional Italian Moka pot. Coffee capsules and ground coffee bags are included. Planning to visit the incredible Ufizzi gallery? No problem. Just step out of the front door of the building and walk for a few minutes. That’s how close you are to the historic scene in Florence. As if all of this wasn’t enough, your stay here comes with concierge service from the property management staff. They were extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. Their office is on the ground floor of the building. They were available to answer our questions even after working hours via WhatsApp. They helped us communicate with the attendants at a nearby parking garage where no one spoke English. (If you are planning to rent a car then make sure you Google ZTL rules (zona a traffico limitato, i.e. limited traffic zones). They even helped us design a five-destination road trip, including a booking for lunch and a tour of an independent vineyard in the famous Chianti region. We mapped out the trip together on Google maps on their laptop, and then they shared it with us via email. All we had to do was plug the phone into the car’s USB port and drive. Score: 10 out of 10.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Florence. You can walk to almost all the attractions of this wonderful city. Located on two floors of a building. Small room but with all amenities. Good bathroom. Friendly reception. Breakfast is taken at a hotel about 10 minutes away on foot. Good breakfast service with a view over the city. Good quality-price ratio

Feeling really disappointed in this place. My husband and I stayed here in 2018 and absolutely loved our stay. Great location, quiet, and very reasonably priced. When we planned our honeymoon, we knew we wanted to stay here again. We were charged for our stay upon arrival, but very quickly realized that the air conditioning was broken. They did not tell us this. It was 103 degrees outside and unbearable to stay in. My husband and I decided we needed to get a different hotel after speaking with the front desk numerous times about the heat. The woman at the front desk apologized and told us that her manager would call us the next day to refund our stay, and she never did. Still trying to get money back on our stay 4 months later and they are refusing, even though we did not actually stay here. I guess the front desk left no written proof that we left (which is wild), but we will not be staying here again. You would think during a heatwave, they would be more understanding for people WHO DID NOT STAY AT THEIR HOTEL. I never leave negative reviews and always try to support businesses, but this is crazy.

Close to the Duomo, our room actually provided us with a view on it, at cost cost of hanging out of the window a bit. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is in the associated Hotel della Signoria (which is close by) and equally excellent. They had the brilliant insight to put the breakfast room on the top, so you can eat with a beautiful view across the city.
