I was a bit worried after I read reviews for this hotel but I needn't have been. It is a shabby chic gem! Amazing staff, so friendly and welcoming. On our arrival we were given a choice of rooms. The rooms are comfortable, they do need updating and redecorating but the housemaids come every day and we always had plenty of clean towels and sheets etc. Breakfast was adequate and Antonella always brought us fresh coffee. On the Saturday evening we ate at the hotel as there was music and dancing al fresco by the pool, it was a great evening and the food was good. A special mention to Antonella, who works so hard and is always so kind and helpful. The pool area is very comfortable and there are plenty of loungers. I feel this hotel is very good value for money. It is 3 star, you get what you pay for with the charm thrown in for free and I hope to go back soon.

A great finding. Love the family-run feeling of this hotel. Love the people, nothing is ever a bother, always going over and beyond to advise and help the stay in the island to make it a memorable one.

First room dirty , & dirty bidet ! Broken curtain rail and a disabled room ! Paid for room with balcony / terrace did not get ! Misleading photo in brochure Misleading information in brochure . Beach access down dangerous decline or bus . Not a Well-being tranquil hotel as set on a busy noisy main road . Breakfast room , no air con ! One receptionist had do cater for every demand . Faulty Towers comes to mind . TUI have still not reimbursed me for the payment for room with terrace amongst the loss of enjoyment etc .it’s been 5 months , TUI don’t care just as long as they get their money !!

Hotel Citara do 4 stelle x la pulizia e la gentilezza dei proprietari ,personale sl top ,un elogio speciale al matre il sig Maurizio x la sua professionalità, stupende le piscine e un'ottima cucina, vista spettacolare sulla baia di Citara ,sala ristorante con vista mare, dove si può godere dei meravigliosi tramonti.

Avevo inizialmente prenotato solo per 5 notti e poi sono rimasta all’Hotel Citara per due settimane e sai rimasta ancora se non fosse arrivato un gruppo ad occupare tutto l’hotel. Mi sono sentita come a casa! L’accoglienza è squisita da parte delle fantastiche Tiziana e Concetta della reception, Roberto e Antonella in sala sono sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso e tanta simpatia. Il cibo è semplice e gustoso cucinato con prodotti sempre freschi. L’atmosfera è rilassata e familiare e trasmette quel sano buon umore che rende la vacanza più bella. Il merito è sicuramente anche della Signora Anita che gestisce la struttura con professionalità e grande rispetto dei suoi collaboratori. La posizione dell’hotel è super comoda, difronte alla fermata degli autobus. Una bella piscina esterna e una interna termale completano l’offerta del Costa Citara. Mi mancherà il buon caffè di Roberto.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per cinque giorni, devo dire che l'accoglienza della titolare non è stata delle migliori però ripagata dal servizio piscina , idromassaggio e personale di sala eccellente. Se dovessi ritornare a visitare la splendida Ischia ritornerei volentieri in questo hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Questo è il secondo anno che sono qui, feedback positivo: dal personale, in particolare la proprietaria gentile e disponibile, al servizio pulizia e la cucina. Le due piscine ben tenute e sempre pulite. Il mare non è proprio vicino, si può usufruire della navetta o del pullman. Accanto all'hotel c'è un'ottima pizzeria, dei minimarket, negozi souvenir Adoro Hotel Costa Citara

Esperienza abbastanza positiva, personale gentile e cordiale, unica pecca era l’aria condizionata che faceva abbastanza rumore però nonostante ció funzionava abbastanza bene. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Rapporto Qualità prezzo eccellente. La marcia in più è la gentilezza di tutto i l personale, sempre disponibile. La location non è sul mare , raggiungibile con una camminata o con i bus che si fermano proprio davanti all'hotel
