Location was slightly far from metro but near bus stop. Room was asthetically pleasant to the eyes but customer service needs improvement

定的時候比較忐忑，但是到了以後感受特別好，給免費升景觀房了，打開窗就是公園，特別安靜，環境整體很新，服務很貼心，尤其是前台小劉，續住的時候不厭其煩的計算哪一種方式最省錢。地理位置超級好，離清暉園特別近，總之很舒心

入住當天説給我留房間，晚上八點多到了後還沒打掃好，被迫出去逛了兩個多小時。
最忍受不了的就是，床單上有大片血跡，和前台反應之後當著我的麪給老闆説，協商給我們退第一晚的房費。結果第二天不承認，要他們去調監控又説聽不清。最後説“我們確實説第一天房費退給您，但現在不可能給你退”。真的是説話前後不一致把人當小丑耍呢。
早上九點多去吃早飯，還沒拿好就把燈全關上，趕人走一樣。這是我入住過，服務和員工素質最差的漢庭！避雷了。

新開的漢庭，酒店很新。大堂寬敞。房間乾淨，且新。地點離華蓋路步行街走路10分鐘。不遠處有個很簡單的小童遊樂場。第一次住漢庭，給我感覺不錯。但是有個小小的瑕疵，被子晚上有點癢（我從珠海長隆，廣州長隆一路住過來的）。並且一天沖兩次澡。總體來説很滿意。還會再來。

酒店很新，前台有附近美食推薦，離金榜步行街很近，去華蓋步行街也很方便，停車可以停在鳳嶺公園，住酒店免費停車，真的蠻不錯的，房間也很新，一開始安排的朝馬路那邊，光線比較好，可是看到旁邊有個朝園林的，窗景感覺更漂亮，問前台説房價一樣，可以幫忙換，酒店比較新，稍微有點味道，進去的時候阿姨還在打掃衞生，看到帶了個小箱子在消毒杯子，用起來更放心了，早上退房把行李寄存在一樓然後出去玩，很便利
ps：房間帶早餐的，沒有告訴我早餐時間，所以早上就沒去吃
