Très bon hôtel placé à proximité d’un tas de choses à visiter. L’accueil à la réception était aux petits soins.

A grand dame of a hotel built in the early 1980s when extra large lobby Space, beige marble and tiles and red brown varnish were all in fashion. Mostly staffed by very efficient Gen Zs, this hotel turned out to be very efficient and very likeable for me. Sadly, most of them still do not speak English but several do. The breakfast and dinner buffets were too local for me but still worth a try. Kudos to Ms Jessy, Mr David Li, Loka, Carl, Abby and all the good people in this hotel for making my stay very enjoyable.

Friendly staff, Sherry who helped us for looking souvenir shop of key chain around hotel. Very nice porridge.

The dinner is very good , if have more nuts is better . Please give more offer in your room with dinner . But breakfast isn’t very well , like cheese

Very nice hotel. It's worth 5-star rating. Only thing I don't like is the rude swimming staff. They are lazy and don't serve customers.

Luckily got Upgraded to suit but No air conditioner in the living room

I stay in this hotel for five days and it was very nice days , location is very good closed to Zumiamo metro station about 10 minutes by feet , the room is very clean , and the breakfast food is great and delicious . The reception staff very kind and they make free upgrade room for me in 18 floor . The swimming pool is big but need to develop it make it more comfortable and pool services and bar and music . Thanks for crown plaza hotel , I will reconsider it to others . And I will back again .

It's a great hotel and good breakfast. One down side was it a bit far from the metro station.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel Foshan. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a quality hotel. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Special recognition goes to Chef Jasbir Singh, who truly made a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to cater to our dietary requirements, and his attention to detail and passion for his craft were evident in every dish. The food was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared — absolutely a 10/10 experience! Chef Jasbir is a true asset to the hotel. The hotel’s restaurant offers a diverse and impressive selection of cuisines, and the staff are always ready to customize meals to suit individual needs. We highly recommend Crowne Plaza Foshan for both business and leisure travelers. Great service, excellent dining, and a very comfortable stay — we’ll definitely be back!

good location but hotel room design & decoration is old, 2nd floor Chinese restaurant dim sum is good.

I have always preferred to stay in this hotel since 2007. Everything is perfect. Catherine at th front e desk is so fast in check-in service. Thank you.
