Avis : Jianguo HIDDEN Hotel (Dali Ancient City)

La chambre est propre, les installations sont élégantes et l'hôtel de style jardin est magnifique. Nous avons amené notre bébé d'un an et avons été surclassés dans une chambre familiale. Nous sommes restés trois jours au total. Il y a une navette spéciale qui fait l'aller-retour vers la ville antique toutes les demi-heures. Après 21 heures, vous pouvez vous rendre au premier étage pour prendre des collations en fin de soirée. La variété du petit-déjeuner est relativement riche, avec de la vaisselle et des bavoirs spéciaux pour enfants, et les détails sont bien réalisés. Le service était excellent, de la belle fille de la réception à Ronaldinho qui m'a aidé à porter mes bagages, ils étaient tous très enthousiastes. Je reviendrai la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Dali~😊😊😊

Hotel is located near sanyue street and provides shuttle service to ancient city. Breakfast consists Chinese and Western, both are delicious. Also serves supper. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers. There should be 3 of each. There is construction right next to it. Noisy!

We had amazing stay in this hotel, their staff super helpful, especially staff named xiao yu, she is very friendly and helpfull, if i come back to dali, i would love to go stay at jianguo hidden hotel again!!!

Breakfast was great. Location is okay but there is a free shuttle close to Dali Ancient Town. One staff member retrieved a 快递 from a postal station quite far away.

We had an excellent check in experience with all the front desk staff very responsive and helpful. Front desk gave very clear services explanation to be provided during our stay especially arrangements for the free shuttle to the Dali Ancient Town. They also linked us up with the driver for the free Dali train station transfer for our departure. When I had difficulties in using the TV a front desk staff Xiao Zhuo came to our room to explain how we can enjoy the TV programmes. Before 9 pm she came to our room to provide two cups of warm milk. The room is of very good built quality and size. Very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was very efficient. Water pressure very good to enjoy great shower. Special mention to Mr Frank Lee who has been most helpful to guide us in using didi being our first time using. He guided us how to use the App and also provided us with a contact in case we need assistance when we travel back from xizhou ancient town. Overall one of my best experience in hotel stay. Breakfast spread was very good with good variety. Coffee machine supplied very nice coffee beans. Check out was easy where front desk staff assistance to bring our luggages to the front desk for check out. Certainly will stay here if coming back to Dali and would highly recommend to friends visiting Dali. Short walk to San Yue street where so much local produce can be bought. Excellent stay!!

The hotel is quite new, just opened last January. The room is clean, spacious & very comfortable. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the West Gate of the DaLi Ancient City, from there, one can walk & explore the ancient city. The front desk staffs are very nice, kind & helpful, a special shout-out to 小郭 & 小鱼 who helped with the deposit for the umbrella lending & food ordering as we encountered issues without a local mobile number. The complementary good night milk taste good. The complementary supper is simple but is very convenient as we get to enjoy a bowl of hot simple local noodle or porridge on a cold night without the need to go out at all

Their service is very good and can take more water at any time. They also provide supper at night. The location is quite near Gucheng. It’s very convenient.

Location is abit far from Dali old town. But hotel provides shuttle service for specific time to Dali old town. So gonna arrange time n inform hotel for pick up or drop off service to old town. They also provide station pick up service upon arrival to Dali train station. Room is spacious but with smoking smell. Towel also has smoking smell. I think they dun hav non-smoking floor even though we requested non smoking room. The environment of the hotel is nice and cozy. Staff is helpful. I like the hair dryer that provided by hotel. Overall quite satisfied with their service.

房間很安靜，乾淨整潔，早餐也挺豐富，還有夜宵和晚安牛奶，對於帶小孩的出行的家庭非常方便，距離景點很近還有去古城的接駁車，很方便，我們的管家小魚也很負責貼心，下雨幫我們借傘，還專程送我們到租電動車的地方，很不錯🎉

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須好好誇誇這家酒店！ 首先是環境，酒店整體設計得特別雅緻，綠植點綴恰到好處，大堂和走廊都透着舒適的氛圍，住起來特別放鬆。我們訂的套房空間特別寬敞，一家老小住進去完全不擁擠，傢俱佈置温馨又實用，床品也很舒服，晚上睡得格外香。 最方便的是地理位置，離大理古城超級近，酒店還有免費斑駁車接送，在古城逛街吃飯一站式解決；他家離中和索道幾分鐘吧大車 強推大家一定坐中和索道 開放的 體驗感超強 。 重點要表揚小魚啊！從我們辦理入住開始，她就特別熱情周到，耐心解答我們的各種問題，還主動告知了周邊的便民訊息。真的太貼心了，這種認真負責的態度讓人感覺特別温暖。 總之，無論是酒店環境、房間舒適度還是便利的位置，都讓人很滿意，尤其是小魚的服務，給這次旅行加分不少，下次來還會選這家！ 對了 他家樓頂可以看到洱海 簡直太棒了 一定別忘記上去看看

房間正對着洱海，酒店環境優美因為我們是一家四口所以美女客服歲歲貼心的為我準備了四份洗漱用品、四份熱牛奶，晩上還有免費的宵夜，早上還有四份早餐。酒店還有電瓶車送我們去大理古城，在一樓還提供了白族服飾免費拍照。是我住過的酒店服務最好的。

入駐酒店有專門的管家服務，給我們服務的小羅很熱情好客。房間很乾凈，大床房空間很大。酒店離大理古城有一段距離，但是衹要聯繫管家，都有酒店電瓶車短駁接送到古城蒼山門附近，酒店早餐也很豐富，晚上餐廳還提供米線夜宵。總的來説給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店位置離古城不遠，又沒有古城的喧囂，恰到好處。
