Très sympathique, simple. Avec un parking souterrain, il était très facile et court de rejoindre la réception. Nous avons accidentellement réservé le petit-déjeuner, que nous avons pu annuler sans aucun problème.

Découvert pour un mariage cet établissement mérite considération. Un bémol sur le wifi en chambre, auquel l’hôtel s‘attelle…

Le personnel d'accueil ne parle pas toutes les langues ce qui compliqué les échanges et l'on sent de l'impatience rapidement. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner pas terrible pour un hôtel de ce type.

Voyages d'affaires , proche de Industrial Park - donc localisation bonne Hall d entree agreable et grand , pratique pour prendre un verre le soir . Personnel de l'accueil assez froid et distant , parlant allemand et anglais Dejeuner correct mais cher Chambre : salle de bain ancienne / piece de vie grand propre moderner. ... mais aucune prise electrique facilement accessible - Il y a un bureau spacieux ds la chambre mais si on ne peut charger ni son ordinateur , ni son telephone , c est contraignant surtout pour des voyages d'affaires Wifi fonctionnel mais avec petites coupures recurrents dc peu adapté à un usage intensif (visio) . Au final moyennement satisfait de mon sejour , pas sûr que je rechoisisse le même hotel

all staffs from different section have very good knowledge and smiling face always. Lobby equipped in very good condition. Different function rooms available for good business connecting activities. Space of room make us stay long in a very comfortable style and enhance our business work in better form of the whole period of our stay.

Facilities are OK. Room was quite hot and difficult to regulate. The food was OK. Not mixing it up a lot. Could be better. The location is OK, but the neighborhood is so-so. There is a nice small park nearby for a walk, but it is completely dark at night

Perfect location, helpful staff, good breakfast selection though central very quiet, everything in place for an overnight stay. I can't comment on the gym as I didn't have time for sauna and gym.What a pity.

The hotel is away from the city, but very well connected with bud and tram at its doorstep. Nice restaurants nearby. Shopping and local amenities like the markets. The riverfront is a few minutes away. Excellent dining options near by.

We booked the Premium Junior Suite on the 4th Floor which was very quiet. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean with more than adequate wardrobe space. Note that this room does not have a walk-in shower but a combined bath/shower; would have expected them to be separate in a Suite. Bath quite long. Water pressure was excellent with constant hot water. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent but the TV does not provide Netflix connectivity. We were 2 to 3 mins walk from the river and 10 min walk to the Schloss square with good choice of typical local fair.

I originally selected this hotel as it is part of the World of Hyatt program and it was reasonably close to our meetings (in a different hotel). The property was much better than expected. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near the hotel. Service was at a very high standard and housekeeping is done daily without asking, although guests can opt out if they prefer. My room was quiet and very comfortable. 5 stars, very good value especially considering the room rate.

I have stayed several times. Rooms are adequate of stable quality, clean and very quiet- so good quality sleep. The fitness center is spacious with good equipment. Location ideal for walking to Hoechst industry park and many good nearby restaurants.
