After Munich airport being closed due to the snow ❄️, we ended up moving from Munich to Freising and finding this lovely little hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful considering we were stranded in Germany 🇩🇪

We are leaving the hotel at the moment and we are very disapointed from the staff, room and hygien.We were staying in room sized 10 square meters for 7 nights, which is actually in the basement with no ventilation. Previosly when we booked the room we mentioned that we are two adults and one child and they told us total price for eight night is 932€ but when we came on the reception we were told to pay immediately 1060€ as we did. We had to check out earlier one night cuz of the sickness of one of our familly member and they did nont refund our money for that night. When we walked in the room it was very bad smell and the receptionist told us to let the hot water running in the bathroom and we did it but after 10 minutes the bad smell has appeared again but the receptonist deny it, she said that she does not feel any smell. We had to stay for eight nights in very dirty and bad smelling room with full of spider net with our child. We told reception to send someone to clean the room but they came only once in all 7 days stayin in 10 squear meters in the basement with no ventilation with our child. I do not reccoment anyone this hotel because the stuff is not doing their job at all and thats why the conditions of staying is very bad. If it has -0 evaluation for this hotel i would give it.

My taxi driver was treated by screaming at him in a Avery racist way. Just because of parking too close to the door. Arrived at 1 am due to a cancelled flight (Lufthansa airline booked the hotel for me and I ended there) Switching from German to English looked like a great effort and that was visible in their expression and attitude towards me. Room included breakfast and at 6 am I needed to leave back to the airport. As breakfast is served from 7, I asked if I could get a take away (or just grab a piece of bread of the buffet that was ready and in front of me) Answer was a NO in a very rude way. I simply did not want to ask more as I was scared to be shouted as my taxi driver was last night. Terrible staff. Will never go back

The beds were pleasantly comfortable, even the added fold-out bed for our child. The rooms are small and nothing special but completely sufficient for one night. We found the room very quiet but would have preferred one with Air Conditioning. Ours was located in the sous-terrain and we could open the windows but there was a strong smell of smoke coming in from a nearby fireplace and we were only able to air it out by also opening the door to the hallway. Staff was very nice upon check in and check out. Overall a great value stay and we would consider it again when catching a morning flight out of MUC.

Auch in diesem Achat Hotel haben wir wieder hoch engagiertes und sehr freundliches Personal angetroffen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage, welche mittels Fahrstuhl erreichbar ist. Der Preis von 8 Euro für die Garage ist durchaus angemessen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut, denn schon nach wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Fußgängerzone und die vielen Restaurants in Freising. Alles sehr sauber und angenehm, können wir dieses auch weiter empfehlen.

Hatte das Hotel gebucht. Leider musste ich die Reise verschieben. Hatte 5 Tage vor der ersten Übernachtung versucht zu stornieren. Leider war ich 2 Tage zu spät dran. Versuchte mit der Hoteldirektorin eine kulante Lösung über einen Voucher hinzubekommen, leider ohne Erfolg. Sie meinte nur, wir hätten einen Vertrag, an den Sie sich halte. Recht hat Sie …. Für mich fehlt hier ganz klar die Kundenorientierung. Deshalb gibt es von mir nur einen Stern. Schade! Beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall nicht mehr zu ACHAT.
