Really really small. I changed hotel and didn't stay a single night. The bathroom has windows and you need to pull a blind to cover it but there are still gaps you can see through.

Nicely located in between walking distance of Canal City Hakata and Hakata Station. The hotel was easy to find, and the room was more spacious than I imagined. Had perfect sleep for all of the nights spent there. Only wished that the pillows are slightly bigger.
Was also abit stunned to see the toilet area like this, hope that the hotel will fix it soon.

Hotel location is good, close to shopping mall with only few minutes walk to subway station. The room is not spotless, but acceptable.

Very good hotel. It's minimal and new. Reception open 24hours. You can pick up amenity kits in front of elevator. The room same in picture. Air-conditioning is good temperature. 7-11 is near hotel. A famous restaurant is across from the hotel. But it a little far from Hakata station (550m).

Good location. Good price. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean hotel. Looks new. BUT... (1) I find the room too dark. There is a hallway light with sensor that I wished had a switch that could turn it on/off. It could’ve added brightness to the room. (2) The air-conditioner is centralized, you cannot control it. The air is not enough to cool the warm room. There was a time that warm air was being emitted so we had to open the window for cooler air. But opening the window lets you hear the street noise. (3) Toilet/Bathroom is small. If you are tall, you cannot comfortably sit when doing your business. (4) The hallway of the room is too narrow. But the bed area of our twin room is wide. If these are OK with you, it is still a nice hotel to stay in.

The location is quite good, just 10 minutes to the station. The facilities are complete. The room is quiet and clean. Nice service!

Room is small and we couldnt open both luggages in the room.
Location is decent, next to Canal City. Enjoy the market walk nearby Kushisa Jinja Shrine. Do note Ichiran main store and the other one in near Tenjin are closed for renovation or something. We actually didnt have Ichiran on this trip to Fukuoka.

Good hotel with reasonable price , the location is good just 3 min walking to the Subway and there is the convenice store next to the hotel. Room is cozy with all of the amenilities at the lobby. I really love the shower cream and Shampoo.
