不是第一次入住這個酒店，以前是家裡人定的，入住滿意。這次我自己在攜程上第一次定這個酒店。前台欺客，給了個全酒店最小的房間。説明上説15平方，給個樓梯間，實際房間10平方不到，床是靠着牆的，房間的高度1米8的人站着得低頭，窗户沒有窗簾，搞個捲簾，窗户很小通信信號還很差。體驗太差。

挺好的，交通便利，門口就是地鐵站，前台服務很熱情，才到門口就熱情的打招呼了，樓層大姐也非常好，周圍很多吃的，值得推薦

早餐味道不錯，衞生也很乾凈，床睡得也很舒服！酒店裡的服務也十分到位！酒店在市中心，離購物中心和美食街很近但又不會吵！出酒店幾步路就到三坊七巷！整體來説感覺相當不錯！

Very convenient location which is less than a minute walk from the subway and 5-10min walk to Parks and Qifang Sanqing. Plenty of eateries around, there's even a bakery adjacent to the hotel reception.
The room for breakfast was quite small and the choice was limited but still very good.
Only drowback was that it is very close to a middle school, and there were announcements through a microphone in the early hours of the day.

The stay at the hotel was good experience with good access within walking distance to MRT, foods and shopping at Sanfangqi Alley (South Gate). However, taxi/didi drop-off/ pick-up in front of the hotel were with some challenges especially during busy school start and end times from the school behind the hotel.

Starway is really in an ideal location. Metro and bus stop right at doorstep. Check in and out is fast. Reception staff are nice and helpful. Cleaning ladies are also very helpful. Room is clean. Plenty of eateries around hotel. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance of hotel. As our check out was very early around 6.45 am, breakfast was yet to start, reception staff was so nice to give us milk and bun to take with us. Greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.
