« My overall experience was satisfactory, though there were a few areas for improvement. The room had the necessary amenities but was not as new as depicted in the images, likely because the hotel has been operating since 2018. Additionally, the soundproofing was inadequate. The garden did not appear as organized or aesthetically pleasing as shown in the photos, possibly due to the colder season. On a positive note, the hotel’s location, away from the city, makes it an ideal choice for a peaceful city getaway. »

« 位置好。距離柳杉王公園，小吃街都很近。小吃街有農家菜，奶茶是沒有的。原定的春華房沒有了，店家幫免費升到九婉套房。房間很大，中央空調製熱很給力，有空氣凈化器。洗澡水很大很暖和。床比較舒服。早餐有粥鹹菜小饅頭雞蛋玉米紅薯，可以要求豆漿。總體不錯。建議，床這邊加裝紗簾，衹有遮光簾沒有紗簾，白天不太方便。這間套房在酒店最下方的角落，外面空調外機聲音很大。大門門鎖不太好用，感覺不太安全。最後，貓貓很可愛。 »

J'ai passé un jour avec mes sœurs avec beaucoup de vêtements, il n'était pas vraiment assez beau pour faire des photos, et le petit-déjeuner était très bon, trop précieux. »

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

MMichele Tan M WWe stayed here for 4 days and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar, were top-notch.
The location is perfect – close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a busy day. I also loved the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a wide variety of options.
The customer service was exceptional. The staffs, Ashley (Front Office Manager), Roy Huang(Guest Service Manager) and Eric (Guest Service Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from offering personalized recommendations for local sights to accommodating special requests promptly.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Les petits frères sont particulièrement enthousiastes. Ils sont venus à l'aéroport à presque douze heures d'atterrissage. Nous avons proposé de manger un peu de nourriture. Il nous a également dit bonjour au département de la nourriture en bas du quartier. Le lendemain, il nous a également aidé à envoyer la voiture dans la ville et à parler au chauffeur pour le prix, craignant que nous soyons enlevés, La chambre populaire peut également voir directement la mer, une excellente expérience

BBee LuenLocation - Approximately 5 mins walk to 东街口地铁站店 and 東方百貨店 (which has 2 towers A and B and quite a number of F&B outlets. Particularly like the western set deal at Basement which was delicious and value for money). Hotel is also near to 三坊七巷 (about 10 mins walk) and F&B (we tried 老福州 for local food which was delicious and economical and dessert shop 赵记传承).The only down side (small point unless it was raining) is the private hire booked thru didi always stopped along the road rather than in front of the hotel which is a car park.
Breakfast - can be a bit boring after staying for more than 2 days. Food is basically the same but the hotel will change about 2 of the dishes. Mostly carbs like porridge, noodles, man tou, bread. There was salad, yogurt (watery type), fruits, veg, hard boiled eggs ... but the variety was limited. Can't complain as the cost of accommodation including breakfast was already at a very attractive price
Facilities - All the rooms and laundry are on 3rd floor. Our room was almost at the end and hence it was a long walk for us. Appreciate that the hotel provides washing machine and dryer for guests use without charge. No need to put in washing detergent as it was pre-set.
Cleanliness - It was good especially this is a new hotel opened in 2024. However, my friend noticed urine on the toilet seat on the first day after check in. We feedback to the hotel and it was cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. Not very frequent in replenishing toilet paper and toiletries but we can always call and ask for top up. We booked 3 pax to one room but we were given 2 sets of slippers and towels and had to remind the hotel almost everyday.
Service - Staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. excellent service
Overall, I will still strongly recommend this hotel.

DDWITYAI really enjoyed stay here, they are friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Xiaoying 小莹❤️❤️, I will stay here again next time when I transit in Fuzhou, close to the seaside, shopping and traditional markets. There was also a male receptionist who helped me book a taxi via WeChat when I wanted to go to the beach. But I forgot to ask his name. Thank you too.

EEricThis hotel has held up well for it's age, as it is well maintained. The facilities and service personnel are definitely top-notched. Sleep quality was great. So was the food offerings at the Horizon Floor. However we are not thrilled by the location of the hotel. The adjoining shopping was easily accessible, but the 2 subway lines were quite a distance walk. Would certainly stay again if we are back.

IInvitéThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

IInvitéLe restaurant se trouve juste en face du Yunxiang Express de l'aviation civile. Il va à l'aéroport toutes les demi-heures et coûte 31 yuans. Il y a une gare routière en bas de l'hôtel. Il y a de nombreux restaurants sur le site. côté gauche de la route quand vous sortez. Il y a une cantine n° 㐅 à côté, je ne me souviens plus de quelle cantine il s'agit. Les matériaux sont frais, l'environnement à l'intérieur du restaurant est hygiénique et le prix n'est pas cher. Nous avons voyagé indépendamment et avons choisi le bon hôtel. L'hôtel propose également du thé blanc, du goji, des dattes rouges et du chrysanthème.
