Le chef offre un transfert gratuit à la gare de haut débit, qui nous a épargné les problèmes de chemin de fer. La chambre est vraiment incolore, et la plus surprenante pour moi est de fournir un sac à main unique, c'est un évangile pour les voyageurs qui se concentrent sur l'hygiène! Le patron est super enthousiaste, nous présente comment jouer à Pyongyang, le festival de la métropole, le patron nous a envoyé un sac à main et nous a invités à dîner ensemble. Cette famille a dépassé le logement lui-même, c'est une expérience pleine d'émotions. Il est fortement recommandé à tous les amis qui sont en plein air, ce qui est absolument plus précieux!

Everything is just great for us! Although the hotel is not in the town area, but you can access to any popular attractions less than 20mins by taking car.

The Vibe : from the second we arrived, we were blown away by the archutecture and interior design. Its visual masterpiece. The Services : a huge thank you to front desk; housekeeping and restaurant teams. They were so patient and helpful with my elderly parent and my toddler. Even with a language barrier, their kindness translated perfectly. The location : ideally suitated in thr old town. It made exploring so easy with a young child and seniors. Value : for the price range, the quality of service and the beauty of the property are unbeatable.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

L'hôtel est situé dans une position extrêmement confortable, mais il y a une petite entrée sans présomption, mais l'intérieur a un lobby spacieux où nous nous sommes parfois réunis. Le café Cotti, les macdonalds, les opticiens, le ren tang et même un endroit de massage hautement recommandé sont à 5 minutes à pied de la même étage. J'ai choisi cet hôtel en raison de sa proximité avec Da ming Food Street et par la rue de la nourriture vous obtenez facilement à Sanfang qi xiang. Le personnel est également très bon. La première nuit que j'y suis, le récepteur a sorti ma parcelle Taobao sans me demander quand je suis revenu. Il montre son attention aux invités parce qu'il a reconnu que la parcelle était de moi. We booked this hotel for the first week of our stay in Fuzhou. We had also reserved another 11-night stay here after traveling to other cities, but we decided to cancel that reservation and pay the cancellation fee because of several issues we experienced during our initial stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciate their service. However, the following concerns made us decide not to return: Smoking environment: Although the hotel promotes itself as smoke-free, we noticed ashtrays in the lobby and near the elevators. The lobby, hallways, and elevators often smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with air freshener, which was unpleasant. I am particularly sensitive to cigarette smoke, so this was a significant issue for me. We also saw people smoking while waiting for the elevator on the restaurant level. Noise: Our room faces the highway. Between approximately 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. every morning, 20 to 30 taxis line up on the road and frequently honk their horns. Even though our room was on the 16th floor, the noise was loud enough to disturb our sleep. Location: The hotel is quite far from the train station and most of the major attractions, making taxis the only practical transportation option for us. Room size: The room is quite small, with limited space to move around comfortably. Gym facilities: The gym was very warm with poor ventilation, and it also had a noticeable cigarette smell, making it uncomfortable to use. Because of these issues, we chose to cancel our second reservation despite the cancellation fee. While we appreciate the friendliness of the staff, our overall experience did not meet our expectations, and we do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

Room is OK, with a slight smell of smoke. what could be improved is to help hotel guests to arrange taxi service. It is the first time I heard from a hotel at this level that such service could not be arranged. Not all hotel guests have local phone number for hiring taxi or cars on mobile apps.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportations, such as buses, train stations, and the subway, the famous hot spring park is nearby. There are abundance of restaurants within a short walking distance. While the hotel amenities may not have been updated to five-star standards, it was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was great. The check-in process and English communication were easy. Overall, I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.
