We were out in here after easyJet cancelled our flight We were staying in a Hilton so was disappointed to end up here but it looked okay online and we didn’t book it. The hotel itself is tired. The rooms are extremely old fashioned and the walls and ceilings paper thin. We had to be up at 4am for our flight (again not our choice) but all you could hear was next door and above as though they were in the room with you. The staff were very helpful though sorting a taxi transfer for us but it was priced over double the price of the taxi we got from the airport ourselves so watch that one. If we had paid to be here I would have been demanding a move elsewhere. Definitely one I will avoid in the future

After a good holiday in Italy/Croatia, we had an early flight from Milan. So we stayed there just over night before our flight. We left so early I can't tell you anything about the breakfast. This is a 4 star hotel that was probably very nice when it was new in the 70's or 80's. It's a bit run down. The AC in the rooms is not so good and the carpets on the floors are really old and still have a hint of tobacco smell from the time smoking was allowed in hotels. On the bright side, the pool was nice but the best part was the staff. They were very helpful and ordered us a mini bus for our trip to the airport and pointed out a restaurant that was great. A real local Italian restaurant where we had the best pizza of our trip.

I faced a terrible situation with this hotel because I got a confirmed reservation and when we reached Milan Airport I got a cancellation email from their side because they said my bank card invalid ( as excuse) while at the same week I booked from the same card twice. I went to the hotel because I received sms from my bank that 307OMR deducted from my account. After I went back home which is after 5 days from that reservation I’ve contacted my bank and they confirmed that the amount of money is in hold from the hotel. When booking emailed them many time they responded in bad way that they didn’t take the money. I went to meet them there in the hotel face to face to explain the situation.

non si può portare cibo in camera e non c'è ristorante in hotel, io come mi SFAMO? come provvedo alla mia sussistenza? è un abominio, mi sento sobbissato da questa situazione alquanto ESTERREFACENTE.

Hotel ist geeignet speziell fuer Durchgangsreisende mit Auto die eine ruhige Nacht verbringen moechten mit der Option schwimmen zu koennen. Es ist etwa 15min vom Airport Malpensa per Taxi entfernt (kostet 30Euro). Es hat leider keinen oeffentlichen Verkehr in der Naehe.Es gibt eine gute Pizzeria die man in 5 minuten zu Fuss erreicht sowie ein Steakhouse und McDonald in 10 Gehminuten. Ein Supermarkt ist auch in 6 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Fruehstueck ist eher schlicht aber fein. Das Pool ist schoen und die Liegen muss man zahlen 8 Euro pro Tag. Man kann auch auf Stuehlen im Garten hocken im Schatten. Die Lage ist ruhig. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage die fuer mich etwas laut war. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und spricht auch Englisch.

El hotel cumple las expectativas una cama cómoda. Una nevera para poner a enfriar algo , una televisión aceptable , un baño con ducha y todas comodidades y todo limpio . El desayuno vastante completo y la ubicación es una zona tranquila. En recepción todo muí amable y correcto

Personale accogliente e super disponibile in ogni momento della giornata, in particolare negli orari serali. Altro punto di forza in ogni angolo della struttura l’eccellente cura di ogni locale degli spazi comuni e la pulizia dei bagni in camera.
