Amazing hospitality by the service crew on ground - from the front desk & restaurant service staff to the house keeping staff. Super impressed! We were there for 7 nights in total and loved our stay there. Thanks to the entire team of Grand Mercure including Anmol, Priyanka, Dimpy from the restaurant service team, Ashna & Aditi from the front desk, Aman & Chandan from Housekeeping & the team manager of the hotel too who worked every morning and night to ensure operations were smooth. Big ups and thanks! We will most definitely visit again :)

Globalement, cet hôtel. Probablement la version actualisée de l'hôtel tout au long de la saison nationale, la chambre est très grande, à environ 25 minutes de l'aéroport. Le salon de l'exposition de la ville d'origine de Gutiérrez, 25 minutes. Probablement 15 minutes à 20 minutes, il y a un grand magasin. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel, une machine à café en cours, la plate-forme. D'autres petits-déjeuners ne sont pas très habituels pour mon Taiwanais. Mais le pain est très délicieux. Par d'autres pains à grains entiers, les œufs de sa maison, je trouve particulièrement épais, surtout le jaune d'œuf. Le service de la réception est très bon. Vous pouvez changer de devises ici. La durité du lit est douce. En fait, je l'aime beaucoup. Si vous êtes en Inde pour la première fois, vous devriez boire de l'eau de boisson. Je recommande de boire du cacao.

We had gone to celebrate our special occasion to The Leela Gandhinagar. We were looking for a quiet intimate experience. This place was perfect for it. The ambiance was perfect, the staff was very courteous and specially Ms Sushma took very good care to make us feel special. Thanks dear. The food was perfectly cooked and deliciously spiced. Chaque fois que j'ai réservé cet hôtel via Make My Trip et je suis déjà membre de MMTBLACK, qui MMT a affirmé qu'ils donnent un check-in précoce , mais quand nous nous connectons à cet hôtel, les membres du personnel des hôtels ne peuvent pas nous fournir un accès précoce , ce qui n'est pas bon , et deuxième chose cette fois que je l'ai déjà mentionnée bien fournir la meilleure chambre pour nous, mais l'hôtel n'a pas été donnée la bonne chambre , il y a des problèmes ***y dans la chambre , comme les lumières, Fan, Blanket pauvres, ***y cracs sur le mur. Le restaurant est un hôtel très bon marché et il est très bon marché pour les clients.
