WoodSpring Suites Savannah Garden City

Got bit by bedbugs middle of night.First time ever at a hotel.I noticed one fresh bite and threw off bedspread and blanket underneathI was laying on for extra cushioning.That idea huge mistake.Noticed whole bunch of red bumps a day later itched for days.Next am checked out 11:10am.Told since I left after 11am charged another $107 no recourse.

First ima say Ms.Asia is the sweetest young lady that works there and she don’t need to be in this type of environment because she is respectful. Now Mr.Gary is a loud,rude,disrespectful, disgusting manager ever.First when you walk in the door he is talking to his employees yelling and cussing at them.(Saying you better fix this s$$$ now)It was two guest and myself we stood there for 10 minutes before he came around the corner.The two guest just needed their keycard fixed his said I just fixed y’all damn keycard.I’m not doing it anymore.Than he walked away after he was done with them like he didn’t see me standing there.Stood there for another 10 minutes and he came back and said we don’t have any rooms so you be checking in.All I wanted to know was price for y’all room.I will never lay my head on y’all property. 10/17/22 was when I came up there

Came to visit with my wife and from the time we walked in until the time we left the manager was rude. All he do is scream and curse. Then had the nerves to show us a room that had mold it. He is definitely a bad look for the hotel.

My room was/is CLEAN (no bugs) and comfortable. Fullsize fridge, sink and a 2 burner cook top all in working order. 42" Television and basic cable (Loads of sports but NO PBS for the kids out of school due to the pandemic). The staff works hard and does well to caring for any guests needs or concerns. Near the airport but just outside the flight path so it is mostly quiet. The rate has increased but still a good value for what you get. Perhaps that is one reason why I keep returning here when I'm in the area. For just over the last 8 years. ;o)

I really appreciate the employees and there boss Mr gary.they stay on top of there game the front desk treat people with the most respect my name is yulanda Cunningham I'm in room 227 .I been here since December of 2020 I appreciate everything they do

I'm retired military in town since May 13th, awaiting my brother's kidney transplant. I've dealt with 2 kids directly above me who are approximately 5 to 8 years of age, and who have no adult supervision for hours on end, and needless to say that it always sounds like a moving crew is at work all day! I've complained too many times to count, but still the carnage persists, because they're helping that person out (Mgrs. exact words), and they're NO REFUNDS here or at any of their locations, which you'll find out the hard way, as so many reviews can attest to! The internet is the most horrible ripoff that there can be, with high speed wifi costing you $76 a month for 15mbps DL, but you'll get about 8-10mbps on 5G, and 15mbps UL, but you'll get about 5-8mbps on 5G, and if your using 2.4ghz then you better pray to whoever your God is to get ANYTHING done! DO NOT let the clean exterior and inside doors fool you, because this place has the small brown Asian flying roaches here, even after being sprayed professionally, and I kill about 3 to 4 daily!! DO NOT be fooled by the COVID signs posted stating that "All public areas require masks", because 90% of the customers and staff DO NOT WEAR MASKS here!! I'm leaving on 7.8.22, simply because it's a complete and utter RIPOFF to the tune of about $1797 every 28 days for a single room and high speed internet that barely even works! Do yourself and or your family a huge favor with your hard earned money, and thoroughly read the many negative reviews for Woodspring Suites everywhere and heed them, because this is truly something I and many others deeply regret! LAST RESORT ONLY, and then I'd still go way out of my way to find something better, and that's even if it cost more!! Dedicated Veteran whose damn proud to have served my fellow AMERICANS, who work too damn hard to be RIPPED OFF!!!!

Had a great experience I highly recommend this place staff are friendly and very clean amostphere and very kind staff also wanna give a shout out to a wonderful office lady who helped me and my wife out a lot and also a NY native her name is trimaine great woman right there so I must say out of all hotels I've ever stayed at this is my number 1
