Avis : Chmielna Park Apartments Old Town

Apartment in a residential building. Very modestly equipped and already a bit worn. Large and loud construction outside the window. High pillows and the noisy fridge in the annex make sleeping hard. It's not a very friendly part of the city. Friendly service.

Convenient location, easy to check-in and check out, among things that were off were the furniture, the sofa was visibly worn off as well as the carpet, there were also no shampoo and no shower gel in the bathroom (they might have been well-hidden though) Otherwise it was a good experience, especially for the price

Excellent place for a few days stay in Gdansk! Great location and very friendly staff. Equipped kitchen and bathroom, very nice garage with automatic doors for your car included in the price. The building is surrounded with cameras. Only good experience!

Very good communication, contactless key reception (the reception is not 24/7). There were some shortcomings - the mattress was worn out, there was no waste bin in the bathroom. There is no shelf for the shower cabin

Excellent place to stay in Gdansk. The check-in came with no trouble and the Apartment was nice, tidy and well equipped. Close to the City Centre :) The Bed was comfortable and the apartment is situated in a very quiet ara.

Amazing service, excellent accommodation, was exceptionally clean and had super fast wifi internet. Was safe and secure. Had everything as advertised, with iron,washing machine, fridge, microwave,stove, kettle, cutlery, cooking pots, dishwasher, flat screen TV. Perfect hot water and modern layout of the facility. I don't understand the bad reviews but perhaps it was in the past and the property was updated. I just know that this was an exceptional experience and the property owners were extremely professional and it was easy to find, get the keys and was extremely comfortable. Also location is right in the centre and has restaunrant and grocery stores less that 50 meters away. I will 100% recommend and won't hesitate to book again.

- bed is terribly soft gave me and my wife back pain. Pillows are for midgets. - bad directions took us forever to locate the place. - poor installation. Everything made in a haste with zero respect to handicraft. Fridge door didn’t close properly for example. Cheapest, IKEA type materials chosen. - not particularly friendly welcome + location + fairly clean Not worth the price (about 100 euro per night for the smallest studio). I would say it’s worth 30 euro, but I wouldn’t stay there again because of the bed. Even for free.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament,dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Około 10 minut od centrum Gdańska. Blisko sklepy żabka i kilka restauracji. Przyjazny zwierzętom. Możliwość wynajęcia z miejscem parkingowym. Polecam!

Kein Komfort & schlecht , defekte Einrichtung ! Das Bett ist Mega durchgelegen … Man spürt jede Feder!! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt ! Da kann man besser ein Hostel buchen ! Nach Beschwerde wurde uns ein neues Apartment versprochen . Am nächsten Tag standen wir da mit gepackten Koffern und uns wurde gesagt das dass Appartement doch nicht mehr frei ist ! So mussten wir jeden Abend die Matratze auf den Boden legen , damit mit wenigstens etwas schlafen konnten !!Ich sag es mal so , wenn man Zimmer / Apartments vermietet , ist das mindeste ein Bett wo man drauf schlafen kann ! Das hat man HIER NICHT ! Frechheit ! Zudem musste man 4 Tage für eine zusätzliche Decke warten . Also diese appartments + Service = ******** !!!! NIE WIEDER !!! Das einzige Positive : die Lage & das Haustiere erlaubt sind ( hatten aber keins dabei )

Bardzo czysty i wygodny apartament. Bardzo dobre miejsce dla dwojga, ale też dla pary z małym dzieckiem ( bez problemu wjedziemy sobie wózkiem z samego dołu aż do mieszkania ). Bardzo dobrze dobrane kolory dzięki, którym lepiej można wypocząć. Mieszkanie jest ciche i przytulne. Bardzo blisko jest z tego mieszkania do atrakcji miasta. Również po sąsiedzku można zjeść fajny i smaczny posiłek. Na pewno wrócimy tu z mężem.

Apartament spełnił moje oczekiwania. Był dobrze wyposażony, wszystko sprawne choć w nie najlepszym już stanie. Trochę zdziwiłam się kaucją za zniszczenia ,którą pobiera firma z karty oczywiście przed użytkowaniem. Tylko weszłam do pokoju i zrobiłam zdjęcia wszystkich defektów żeby nie było na mnie. Pobyt się udał. Bardzo blisko starówki i knajpek.
