Good location. We stay one night is enough. But.. The clarity of the room can be greatly improved。 The bathroom door of the back is dirty and seems not any cleaning. The table also many dust. We are not recommending this for my next trip. 部屋の明るさが大幅に改善されました。 バスルームのドアの裏側は汚れていて、掃除もされていないようです。 テーブルにも埃が溜まっています。

The front desk staff is polite and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located. I will choose this hotel again when I travel to Fukuoka next time. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Location is the absolute best! 4 minutes walk to Mina and 6 mins to Parco. 4 mins walk to train station. The popular ramen shop Shin Shin just around the corner. Must try! Hotel is quite new and room is very clean. Service is sadly missing, no greeting at checkin and the staff was looking at own computer screen for over 3 mins while we stood at counter, no greeting at all and we didn't feel welcome at the hotel. Very poor first impression. Breakfast is average. Overall recommend this hotel for the truly great location.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. Everything was alright, but nothing too impressive. It is a valued stay in Tenjin, and the location is really good, with just a few minutes' walk providing access to everything. However, I was quite disappointed to find small mold patches in the shower areas, such as around the showerhead and in the corners of the shower tray. While it is acceptable to me, the cleaning needs to be improved.

Second time staying at this hotel! Love the location and easy access to subway station. Lots of delicious restaurants and many adjacent shopping malls.

Good location near the famous ramen shop, but que is so longgggg. If you love japanese manga, this is a very lovely hotel for u.

Location is superb. The famous ramen shop is one min away. The room is clean and as usual business hotel.

Booked it for the manga collection library, didn't actually get to read any but that's not the point, it just differentiated itself from other hotels in my budget range. Great variety in breakfast and good location.

The Quintessa Hotel is ideally located within a 5-10 minute walk from major shopping malls and transport links. We stayed in a spacious room, the largest on our floor, though it lacked a view, facing a building's fire escape used by smokers. Despite the great location close to shops, restaurants, and parking, be prepared to buy your own water as none is provided. Parking is available but costly; cheaper alternatives are nearby (my 4th photo features one of those alternatives which includes shelter from possible rain). The hotel offers laundry facilities, which we did not use, and features a free comic book library in the lobby, a unique touch that adds to its charm.

I reserved late so the price was expensive than usual. The room was ok. It is a new hotel but I saw many dust in the shower tub. The bed sheet was old. I ask the staff to change it. It was better. But I think the process of laundry in the hotel is dirty than other hotels. But the hotel is new so I was still ok

Staffs are very friendly, the rooms are very clean and organised as well. The comic rental feature is quite entertaining and adds a nice Japanese touch to the hotel. The laundry service runs well.
