Convenient location in Georgetown, near to beach and just right opposite bus stand. Free parking. Room is not very clean and there’s smell coming out after flushing. Not soundproof and easily get noise from the next room.

The hotel front desk really helpfull. The room is clean. This is the 3rd time i stay here. It will better if they continue their breakfast service.

The location is strategic in Georgetown, very near to Padang Kota Lama. The parking was excellent. Very excellent. Room was clean, bathroom was clean too. The price is so cheap but the room is clean. Cleanliness wins my heart.

Fast check in, not even 5 minutes.No need deposit.i like the parking area.Free parking for hotel guest.Elevator without card scan.Our room just facing parking area.No problem.I like the fridge, got ice cube.Rarely found hotel's fridge got ice cube and very cold.Iron,hairdryer, mineral water,coffee and tea set.Large mirror wardrobe.But cant make loud sound because not soundproof wall.Nearby public transport.Fast check out too.Overall satisfied for last min booked with this price.I should book earlier nextime if i have another running event at Beach Street.

I love the sea view frm my room at top flr. A huge parking space for the guess nxt to it. A walking distance from Chiew jetty, eateries and all the famous mural in Georgetown. Overall its clean but i think this hotel lack of staff. House keeping only once in 2 days. And i dont like the wifi here where its only valid for daily use.

Location is strategic. Walking distance to several viral places. Room is wide enough for 3 person. But the door is not soundproof. I can hear people talking when they cross by my room. This is 2 or 3 star hotels so I don't expect much. Overall stays is satisfied.

本來住裏面，Wi-Fi完全不能用，忍受了一晚強烈要求換了一間有信號的房間，靠街的，雖然Wi-Fi信號好了但是實在是很吵，車聲一直到二點才少點，一早又開始了，其他方面馬馬虎虎過得去，前台馬來小妹不太helpful的樣子

I arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. I had decided to switch hotels because I didn't like the one I had stayed at previously. The reception staff were very welcoming and assumed that I had just arrived from the airport. They asked me to rest well and made sure I was comfortable. I was impressed with their hospitality and would like to give them a big thumbs up. The hotel is conveniently located near most attractions and eateries, and there's a bus stop right in front of it. I really appreciated the intricate carvings on the wood, which added a nice touch to the overall decor.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very nice. You can just walk to padang kota or penang street art.However, I would like to mention a small issue that might be less satisfactory. The presence of a yellow line painted to slow down cars in front of the hotel can lead to noise when vehicles pass over it. This noise might cause a disturbance for individuals who are sensitive to such sounds.
