Good locations and easy excess to foods n drink. Check in abit slow need wait 30-50min check in time 3pm,

service during check in and check out is very slow. staff not at the counter, chatting in the room. no word "sorry" for making me wait. They are also not friendly, no smile for guests. In front of the elevator door there is a trash can, uncivilized guests throw it outside the can, my question is, where are the people who are supposed to make sure the space is always clean and not dirty.? In the room, the bed and sheets are neatly arranged, but the room is a little dirty, dusty and smelly. table is badly dusted, toilet is dirty and has hair and the toilet does not flash ..Before going to sleep I went to buy room freshener, Dettol n febriz , then I was comfortable. the security box at room is also damaged and does not work. However, I really like the breakfast and food menu at this hotel. The food was very good.. I love my omelette ❤️.. f&b staff (morning and noon time) was very friendly, and the service provided made me forget about the room. I am very happy with the service and the hospitality. The concierge staff is also very friendly and helpful..

First time staying this hotel,as my hubby was driving he say location is good.Room was a bit old but things in the room is usable .Overall is alright but parking is abit troublesome cos need to turn a round to get to the carpark.The parking lots outside the hotel is always full at most time.

no parking issues
😔 we arrived at 430pm, at 630 the air-conditioning still not fully function. maintenance said receptionist will arrange other room but until we checkout nobody updated.
have to buy small fan for my kid.
the pool quite small and too deep about 3.5 meters

the room is so spacious, complete with amenities. the staff are considerate and helpful. the security guard told us to be safe with our belongings before we head out for a walk 👍 good reminder. Parking are free at the multi level carpark near petron.

Location wise is ok. Check in was a long wait. Queue was very long. Phone etiquette should be improved. Don’t let the guest wait for more than 3 rings. Even how busy it gets, other guests wouldn’t know the situation. Room was ok. Pool too crowded. Overall, I’d come back again for a 2nd try.

We had a wonderful intergenerational vacation with my mother, son, daughter and husband and my 3 grandchildren in Bayview Georgetown. Spent swimming time with my grandchildren in the warm jacuzzi even when it started raining and friendly pool staff. After going to the gym, a hearty breakfast with courteous F&B staff, we had a good walk-about to the beachfront at E&O, Hameed Sup, old buildings behind and the quaint garden at night in front of the hotel. Not to mention the wonderful vista from the rotating rooftop restaurant. Being close to Padang Kota, Esplanade's Hameed Pata and Nasi Kandar Beratur was an added bonus. Thank you Bayview!
