I really liked the ambience and service offered by the resort. Especially the housekeeping staff (Mr. Nitin) services were too good and they were really punctual and professional. Amenities like swimming pool and activities were really good

Its a beautiful resort. Nestled on the main lonavala road with excellent connectivity to different restaurants around. Despite being on the main road, it is very quaint. Lush green, with great rooms and an amazing pool lounge area. The vibe is beautiful, especially at night. An awesome place for a staycation. The restaurant was decent with good quality food but the service was a tad bit slow, had to wait quite a long time for the food. Otherwise, the staff was supportive and courteous. The late food made up for the extended check out time. Ms Kajal at the reception was quite helpful. Overall, a great place, would surely recommend!

The stay was pleasant. The people there are very accommodating and polite. The breakfast buffet was good with many choices and live counter. Alem, Aniket S and Kim helped to make our stay lovely. The ambience is beautiful Will definitely recommend this place.

Celebrated our Anniversary in this beautiful hotel , excellent service with none to complaint about … Very pleasing staff and ever ready to help and assist from the Security , housekeeping & F&B …. Amazing ambience, beautiful nature view, many outdoor games and activities available, the swimming pool is also very good, lovely rooms & exceptional service, overall an amazing experience. Will definitely visit this serene place again.

We, family of 7 people stayed for 5 days during Christmas 2024 at this hotel. We had a fabulous time staying here. It is a medium size resort having 7-8 villas. Each villa has a suite on the ground floor and 2 deluxe rooms on the first floor. All having nice balcony to sit out. There is a well mainted swimming pool and cozy restaurant with old world charm. The resort is very peaceful as located slighly away from main road. Service of the entire staff is excellent. They go out of the way to make our stay most comfortable. Front desk - Aditya and all his college are very efficent and attending with a smiling face. Chef Chandi specially prepared dishes for our 9 years grand daugter. House keeping team is available all the time promptly. There are so much positive vibes in this property that we want to come back and stay again asap. Strongly recommanded if you are looking for a homely feeling with trees and greenery all around.

Very nice property and we dad stay in suite room and hotel staff are very polite. Enjoyed the stay and had an amazing experience. Food is super good, best amenities and room service. Staff service is amazing. They created a very beautiful decor for my birthday.

The suite was absolutely fantastic! Our suite was a perfect escape! The spacious living room with its cozy balcony offered stunning views. The bedroom was a haven of comfort with all the necessary amenities. A highlight was the luxurious bathtub in the attached washroom. The additional washroom was a practical touch. The huge TV in the living room was perfect for relaxation. The poolside treehouse was a unique and refreshing experience. The swimming pool was well-maintained and inviting. Meraki Restaurant offered a delicious variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff was friendly and attentive. The banquet hall and lawn area seemed perfect for events, though we didn't use them. Overall, a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this gem in Lonavala!
