J'ai eu un grand séjour au Ritz. C'est certainement un hôtel 5 étoiles, et je me suis senti extrêmement luxueux. La seule chose que je n'aimais pas était que le lit était trop doux/plus pour mes goûts - c'était certainement à la fin de la plush extrême. Sinon, ma expérience était parfaite. La cuisine était excellente et le service était ainsi. Tout était immaculat. Elle se sentait comme une oasis. Cette révision a été demandée au nom de Peng (à cette Ritz, ils vous donnent un code QR qui vous emmène à la page Trip Advisor, et vous disent le nom de qui vous aide. Type de marketing intelligent, car sinon je ne serais probablement pas ennuyé d'écrire une révision). En tout cas, Peng a fait un grand travail de me accueillir au Ritz dans le lobby et de m'aider avec mes bagages. Lanu au spa était très gentille et bienvenue à moi quand j'étais tuant le temps avant mon vol. Et Jeena dans le lobby était un ange absolu et s'est enfuie de la route pour me ramener un camion à l'aéroport - elle est vraiment allée au-dessus et au-delà.

L'hôtel en lui-même est bien, aux normes internationales. Le casse-tête est que cet hôtel ne semble pas faire des affaires tous les jours et s'engage dans de nombreuses activités sociales. Le premier jour du séjour était un rendez-vous à l'aveugle, et le lendemain était une réunion de promotion de la marque. Tous les jours de 13h à 22h, les baies vitrées de la salle suivaient le choc, trop tourmentant. Afin de gagner de l'argent supplémentaire, j'ignore complètement les invités.

Je voyage souvent à Pune, mais cette fois j'étais pressé donc je l'ai installé non loin de la fondation. L'hôtel est à plus de dix minutes de la base, ce qui est très pratique. Les installations sont praticables. Je n'ai pas une grande impression.

Des collègues en voyage d'affaires pour les aider à réserver, plus près de l'entreprise du client, pas du tout, le trafic en Inde est une blessure grave, le trafic n'est pas comparable à celui de la Chine continentale il y a 10 ans. Chaque fois que je vais en Inde, mes collègues en voyage d'affaires m'ont demandé à plusieurs reprises de réserver un endroit pratique. Heureusement, il y a encore Uber maintenant. Le plus pratique est la voiture soudaine. . . L'Inde progresse également, mais les Chinois ne sont toujours pas faciles à s'habituer.

Les chambres sont belles et propres. Le service est bon. Tous les serveurs sont agréables. Excellent massage par Mme Anita. Bien équipée de gym. Noctures de film sur grand écran de plein air. Le lieu est vraiment bon pour l'argent. Maintenant, les négatifs ont trouvé la nourriture super épicée. Le service de la piscine est froid. Retournerait et recommanderait cet hôtel/club.

J'ai tendance à prendre trois repas par jour à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner, 70 RMB, plus de plats et plus de places assises ; Les plats chinois, le dîner et le buffet sont un peu indiens et je ne m'occupe pas des touristes d'autres pays.

Rooms are great size. Food is good. Staff seem very demoralized. Hardly greet you and won't answer you well. I wonder why they are so unfriendly. If you order tea/coffee for breakfast, rest assured it will take a very very long time before you get it. Very slow service on beverages and other ordered meals for breakfast. It's like they don't want you to order tea/coffee, etc.??? Reception staff don't really try and help you if you need any guidance or help. They also don't listen to your requests but enforce what they want. Example-our meals were supposed to be 20% off as we were attending a wedding and the Agreement with the hotel was to give a 20% off as alot of rooms were booked by the wedding attendees... but at checkout they refused and said its because we booked the rooms from abroad, so the discount doesn't apply??? How's that applicable when we were eating the meals in India and not abroad? A deal is a deal, especially since the wedding gave the hotel so much revenue?? The rooms next to the lifts get a lot of noise all night as the lifts keep beeping... Sadly, we weren't pleased at all with the hotel especially the poor customer service and delays...

The hotel's amenities are world-class. The spa was a haven of relaxation, and the fitness center had state-of-the-art equipment. I also appreciated the attention to eco-friendliness, as the hotel takes steps to reduce its environmental impact. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile and were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area.

After a 3-hour brief stopover at Pune including visit to Wax Museum, shopping for Maganlal Chikki (a world famous sweet chikki made in Lonavala) and lunch at a vegetarian restaurant in the main market, we proceeded to Pune, our main destination and reached Hotel Ramee Grand at Apte Road, Shivajinagar. While finalising our programme, our travel agent. IHPL, New Delhi had suggested some other hotels near airport but we wanted to be in the center of the city and selected this hotel based on the reviews by Trip Advisor. When we reached this hotel and checked in, we found it to be better than our expectations. Though It is categorised as 3-star hotel but we found its facilities compared a 4-star hotel. Our room was quite spacious, well furnished and having a mini fridge with snacks, cold drinks etc. and a safe in the cupboard besides normal facilities like an electric kettle, TV and telephone. There was also a wall to wall glass window with a curtain opposite to the main door that provised a nice view of a mini garden on the ground floor. The toilet was also spacious and was also provided with a bathtub besides other usual provisions. The best feature of this hotels is its dining hall that provides an excellent view from the corridors connecting various rooms arranged in a rectagular plan. Not only the lay out of dining hall is unique withtrees but a large number of food items displayed over several tables are also very tasty and the staff also prepares hot items like amlette and dosa etc. on de***d. The hotel also has a roof top swimming pool and a spa though we did not use these facilities, Besides this dining hall we also found a south Indian restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. The ambience of this hotel is also very good with a fine service. On the whole, we very much liked this hotel. Another attraction of this hotel location is nearby decent park that is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and I was going there every morning during our 3-day stay from 27th to 29th October 2023. This spacious park also has an open gym. In addition, there are ***y restaurants nearby providing different types of good food.

The food served at Piramisa is really delicious. The entire staff is very courteous, kind and extremely helpful. Especially A*** and Haridas, who ensured that we had a fabulous dining experience. My only feedback is to extend the breakfast timing till 11 so that we don't need to wake up so early during our vacation :P
