I’m a Bonvoy member and my last two Marriott stays have been a nightmare. Last night I was put in a room next to a screaming baby and I had gotten in bed. I could have changed rooms but I heard their door close and the screaming stopped so I thought the hotel moved the parent and screaming baby so I didn’t change rooms and went to bed. However I was awaken before 7 am with the screaming baby. I never heard a baby scream like that so I’m thinking it might be a special needs circumstance. I complained to the hotel about my horrible stay when I checked out but they refused to discount my room or give me any points saying I should have moved to a different room. I definitely won’t be back to this hotel and probably will ditch the Marriott brand altogether!

Great location, at walking distance for near restaurants, all new build business. Staff front desk to housekeeping is absolutely on point! 1000% recommend. Thank you to staff Coleen. We will be coming back.

Construction in the lobby and the app was supposed to let me use my phone as the room key but that was not functioning. The large room with kitchenette and separate bedroom was well laid out. We traveled with our adult daughter who slept on the couch and said it was adequate. The breakfast buffet was very busy so we skipped it and went to the McDonald's across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there from 3/25/23 - 3/30/23 for Cubs & White Sox Spring Training Games & to see friends. The hotel is very nice. The Common Areas are clean, well lit & comfortable. The room was clean & the beds were good, with a kitchenette. The grocery store was 5 minutes away. The hot breakfast was unbelievable, many choices, cold & hot, very tasty, which was included. All the employees went out of their way to assist us & make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning next year!

Great breakfast! Excellent and patient team as we had a user error with our key for the room. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was more impressive than expected. Basketball goal, swimming pool (heated and outdoor), jacuzzi, workout room, laundry, outdoor grill, great lobby area. Would gladly stay here again. We had 2 bedroom suite for 5 of us for night before leaving after spring break.

Associate at the Hotel not only was rude and talk down to customers she deliberately charged my card for a room that was already pre paid for one night. Refused to complete our checkin, so we didnt even stay there. Amd still proceeded to over charge. She is not new to the hotel, she is not just learning and made a simple error. She went out of her way to double charge. Not pending, not a hold on your account that drops off. But a full charge. Management including corporate Marriott refuses to investigate to find out why she is allowed to do this. They just refund the money have you wait 5 business day to get your money back. Brush it under the rug with no concern as to why this associate is fraudulently charging to customer's card. All you get is sorry for your experience.

We recently moved to the Gilbert area and our entire family (cats included) needed a place to stay, while our furniture arrived. What we thought was a quick 1 day has turned into 3 day stay waiting. The entire staff from the asst gm down has been nothing but helpful and welcoming. Thank You!!

We stayed here for two nights for my sons tournament. It was (mostly) clean (a little iffy on the shower tiles and a hair in my bed) but otherwise clean. Rooms were very spacious and front desk was super helpful. The bed were very uncomfortable for me (wayyy too soft) but my family was okay. The air vent while running heat blasted directly onto my face and it was not pleasant and dried my mouth and face out. Did not provide a dish sponge but received one at the front desk and also borrowed a blender which was convenient. Pool looked clean, hot tub did not. Putting area is very small, one hole and basketball was one hoop, but fun things to do as time killers. Breakfast was probably the best quality I’ve had for a chain hotel brand. Would stay here again but only if we did not get a wheel accessible room and if the beds were not as soft.
